Lovely locations..pretty people..issues with script
I don't believe in criticizing or rewriting a series according to the fantasies in my brain; what you see is what you've got. And..the series, for all of its faults, did pull the viewer along. I hope to see these pretty and interesting actors in other dramas..loved the spooky "doctor".The scenery and locations were worth the watch...some of the action sequences were convincing, others provided a good laugh. I think the sex scenes could have worked better as beautiful rococco stills.. Anyway, I don't regret watching it.

AT LEAST IT'S WATCHABLE
I'm probably the most lenient reviewer and I'll get straight to the point, Chains of heart is a GOOD but SENSELESS BL drama.Firstly there's the fact that none of the story makes sense and I also don't understand why it felt like DIN was very terrible at being undercover, besides I think I am not the only one who noticed but on top of the fact that KEN is terrible at fighting and his action scenes tell it all, that guy is good at fainting every time they attempt to strangle him in almost every episode.
There was also that annoying guy that was recurring in every plot whose laughter made the series annoying.
However for some reason CHAINS OF HEART kept me captivated to the point that regardless of how BAD its writers and producers were I'm surprised that I didn't get to drop the title but succeeded in watching it till the end when for some Reason BED FRIEND which was supposed to be much better and was well produced bored me on its forth episode because it feels like a SEX STORY with hardly any steamy scenes and all we get to see is a couple of actors doing much kissing and fastforwarding in their boxers.
But I give chains Of the Heart an overall 8/10 because trust me by the time you can keep watching all episodes of a BAD SERIES to the end for some reason then at least it deserves some credit.

The acting is satisfactory
This is awesome, the casts and the acting even the fighting scene is good too.it doesn't seem fake and stiff at all unlike some other series. The story is also good to follow and once you start the series you can't help but anticipate the next episode.that's how enjoyable the series is.
I personally like the acting the most, the actors expression didn't look stiff or forced or anything, the expressions looked real.
For people who really studies actors expression and acting, this is a good one.

The most shameless KinnPorsche ripoff yet
I'm serious. Put a picture of these two lead characters next to a picture of Kinn and Porsche. Even the *hairstyles* are (poorly) copied. We all expected to see cashgrabs after KinnPorsche took off the way it did, and honestly hopping on a trend doesn't automatically turn me off. It's doing it so *lazily.* There is no script. There is no story. There is no concept. It's all nonsensical, unfounded emotions and the occasionally well framed camera shot. KP wasn't perfect, don't get me wrong, but it deserves WAY better copycats than this bull****.

Came for Boom but this story is kinda garbage
*First of all could someone please give a better translation/subtitles for this series? plz cause the subs that are on IQIYI don’t make any sense and are so disjointed that unless you natively speak Thai it’s not gonna make any sensible logic to you1. The best part of this series is that they gave Boom a ml role omg yes this man is literal perfection in acting especially his facial expressions not to mention looks (I don’t want to see him with anyone else though currently besides Smart that is)
2. The story structure and writing are so off that it’s not even bad funny it’s just bad like jump cuts, non disclosed settings, over exaggerated emotions, overuse of the cry on command technique for almost every major character involved that it just becomes to forced and too fake
3. I like Marc don’t get me wrong but a lot of the roles that he’s type-casted into are all the same static yet somewhat annoyingly side characters that inhibited his acting skills
4. The chief and his sister were horrible villains let’s be real here they went to extremes to not even cover up what they were doing cause it was more or less known by everyone else what they’re actions comprised off and it felt so superficial. Nok was genuinely insane like dangerously insane and I’m glad that he was presumed to be killed off earlier then the final episode
5. Finally what the freaking heck was that finale episode? Lue (Din) shoots the chief to save his sister and the rest of his family after years of being harassed and tortured by this fool and Ken finally realizing that Lue is Din (took forever) the sister AE is taken to prison, her brother the chief is dead, all well that ends well right? Nope cause Lue/Din is now on the run wanted for murder?! that wasn’t murder it was a rescue mission/self defense how can it be called murder?!! smh and Ken and Lue don’t even get to meet or be seen together in the end?! also no I don’t count the whole Sai saying she’s getting married on July 7th as a code for Ken to meet Lue/Din that’s just lazy repetitive writing.
TLD- This story had great potential but early on the script and the writing just faltered way too quickly and the actors were told to make up for those things with over the top emotional scenes where they weren’t needed and just were too cringey. Bonus* I hated DeeDee’s character so much he was so not needed

Chains of Heart – A Beautifully Chaotic Emotional Ride
I love this show, but I’m absolutely still in my feelings about the ending—hello, season 2, right now please! Chains of Heart pulled me in from episode one with its gripping story, intense emotion, and character-driven suspense. I didn’t expect to get so invested, but the tension and constant plot twists had me on the edge of my seat and screaming at the screen more times than I can count.
The chemistry between the leads is magnetic. You can feel the pain, longing, confusion, and love in every glance and every word left unsaid. Ken’s journey from heartbreak to reluctant hope—and Lue’s desperate attempts to protect the man he loves—are written and portrayed so beautifully, it hurts. The show never lets you rest emotionally; just when you think you’ve recovered from one revelation, another hits you harder.
And don’t get me started on that ending. After everything these two went through, the emotional buildup, the pain, the healing, the reconnection—and then that final bittersweet scene? My heart was not ready. I understand the artistic direction, but closure felt just out of reach, and that’s why I’m begging for a season 2. There’s so much more to explore between Ken and Lue, both emotionally and in terms of their future together.
If you love shows that keep you guessing, make you feel everything, and leave you wrecked in the best way, Chains of Heart is a must-watch. But be warned—you’ll fall hard for these characters and might never fully recover. I didn’t.

Bromance, BL, Mystery, Suspense
I like the part where the thriller of the mystery from the beginning and it gain a lot of viewers. Acting skills are perfect. Music background good as suspense to create tension. But ending is so sad which would he takes off the gloves and the ending is very bad he goes on the run. Causing Ken to be left alone again. I pity Din sister no one cares for her as her eyes are blindfolded and hands are being tie up. Ending could have been better. This ending cause a lot of fans unhappy and we demand season 2; since Din had changed his face, fingerprints and vocal before he can change it again maybe back to Din? Or someone else. Since Lue is being wanted/ fingerprints belongs to Lue not Din.
If there is season 2 which have a happy ending fans will watch and even gain more fans.
Chasing the thriller/suspense, mystery is something good to began with but an unhappy ending causing hurt.
If anyone making petition for Season 2 "Chains of Heart" drama message me.
Will come here again if there is further updates.

Hot confusing mess
I might be due to the fact that I skipped some parts or got distracted, but I could not retell the plot of you held me at gunpoint. The biggest flaw is that what needs explaining or elaboration is just left there and what is obvious and in your face gets explained too much. Choices in flashbacks (when to show them and how often) or memories (clear only to the one remembering) are confusing and even frustrating. Relationships remain unclear for a very long time. That all being said, it's at times a very intense watch, with great scenery and an interesting story and theme. The romance part is secondary to the crime and revenge plot, which is great if executed well. If that had been done this would have been a smashing 9/10. But due to above mentioned flaws it gets a mediocre 7.5/10. What's with the gloves by the way???

idk what it was
1st if all it was horrible. started watching for the hot cast and finished it for the same reason. i was hoping it'd not take the typical plot twist but guess what. the lead actors hardly had scenes tgr. most of them was of the mainlead w his past lover. the chemistry betn the leads was amazing tho hope to see them in a better series. the storyline sucked. many of the things did not make sense and it was overall very confusing.someone said it gives manner of death + kinnporshe vibes so i was excited to watch but it was honestly disappointing. the actors & the cinematography was great the only prblm was the bad storyline
