Hana becomes annoyed at Daichi and Yuri for being so friendly with each other and takes it out on Kaori. Meanwhile, when Tetsuo drops his lunch and tries to leave, Kaori scolds him and makes him clean it up. Toshiko defends Tetsuo, but Kaori takes a firm stance. Meanwhile, Kaori learns that Fujii Masaya seems to be being abused by his father. Kaori visits Masaya's house and tries to talk to his father, Yasuo, but is turned away.
