Daichi wants to invite Hana to watch a soccer game, but he can't bring himself to say it. Ryohei notices this and asks Daichi what he thinks of Hana, but Daichi evades the question by saying, "I don't like a guy like that." Hana becomes annoyed when she hears this from Ryohei. The next day, Tetsuo is carrying his lunch and ends up dropping it after he bumps into Ken and the others. In shock. he goes home without cleaning up the mess. Tetsuo is absent from school again, but Kaori, not wanting to spoil him, forces him to go to school. Meanwhile, Tsuda Yuri is being harassed by delinquents on her way home from school, but Daichi saves her, and she falls in love with him. After that, Yuri follows Daichi around, and the two of them look like a couple to the naked eye. Hana is not happy about this and gets increasingly irritated.
