Kaori is proposed to by Kawai Koichiro, but she turns him down. Meanwhile, Hana hears from Daichi that he felt uncomfortable staying with his aunt, so she invites him over to her house. Ryohei loses his nerve when he sees the two of them getting along so well. Daichi, being considerate of Ryohei, returns to his apartment.
Meanwhile, Yuta hides Aki, who wants to run away from home, in his room. Koichiro is worried when he finds out that Aki's parents are looking for her, but is surprised to find Aki in Yuta's room. Koichiro scolds Yuta for playing with Aki despite his poor test results, but Yuta tells him to be quiet, resulting in Koichiro slapping him.
