Incredible. Watch it ASAP !
I absolutely loved it. I was into it from the beggining to the end. The length was perfect. One of the rare kdramas with not a predominant romantic relationship and I absolutely loved it.
I enjoyed it from the very beggining.
If I had to point out little things I disliked,it would be (btw I'm being tacky because you can really overlook that):
- It was interesting to have gay characters but I felt like the couple that was revealed was as waited as irrelevant. To be clearer I already felt
at a certain point that it was Sejin that was dating him (not gonna spoil the character's name) from the little flashbacks yet when it was revealed it was already too obvious to make me be like 'Oh. Such a plot twist!' Also in when the latests scenes of their couple was showed as a flashback, I felt like there was no chemistry between them, as if they were putting on some act 😭 (you know, as in some BLs...). Yet they were cute together (tbh I would have preferred if it was been revealed jae bum was actually really dating Wonseok because in their photos they really had some chemistry).
- We never got an explanation on how the four boys knew each others and how things got ruined since lately they were almost all having beefs with each others.
--> a bully to the two others, who turns out to be also a gaslighter and really manipulative afterwards to the third and last one..
- The way writers erased Jae Bum and ML's friendship as soon as they introduced it, was disappointing because I liked their genuine and cute interactions and after it just maked no sense how they went from super friendly to just acquaintances who talk only when chan mi and the investigation are getting involved smh...
- Then the end. I felt last ep was too rushed. Evil character (forgot his name) absolutely didn't receive what he deserved when he litteraly destroyed every single character's life. On the other side as soon as Jae Bum (defo my fav and even always loved this actor sm) stepped in that damn car, we never knew what happened to him like writers please💀- we wanted to know how judicial stuffs went for him eventho it was clear he was in some serious sh*t with evil character dead now. Btw Oh Sung (I now recall "Evil character"'s name lmao) is defo not straight. I feel like writers pulled out this plotwist with this "I love my biggest enemy who is also my relative" trope to avoid having another queer character in the series. Why ? Because of his reactions (mainly jealousy) when Jae Bum was with other ppl (yet the same Oh Sung would deliberately abandons him for his friends as soon as he could) especially ML, Soo Heon. A precise example would be when he said "it was Wonseok (who at that moment of the series was allegedly Jae Bum's bf if we rely on what Oh Sung was saying) and now it's Soo Heon" as he was looking at the two of them from a classroom above with something in his voice that hinted he could be attracted to Jae Bum. Also when a moment in the series came that ML and FL went to Oh Sung's house to check out what he was hiding and saw several pictures of him and other 3 boys (Wonseok , Sejin and Jae Bum), I REALLY felt like it was some hints that he really liked Jae Bum (in a not sane way tho but you see..)
I loved all the characters and appreciated how they all had a background. A quick shoutout to Sooheon boi who caught a cancer only for plot's sake cuz wth 💀. He successfully lived after all that eventho his head was getting banged throughout the whole show, he was fainting often and he was more likely to die but I assume it was for the show's sake-

Amazing
This drama was just amazing. I loved the plot, the actors, the story and just everything about it. I had a feeling about the killer and I got it right but the twist was actually insane. I also love that they ended up together because they are just so cute and make such a good couple. I hate that bastard Ki Oh Sung. He's the worst person in the funking world. He is just plain villain. All the things he did brought chills to my back. He deserves the ending he got 100%. Overall I loved this drama and I recommend it to everyone. Was this review helpful to you?

This was really good, expected more... something was missing
This was really good, expected more but the acting was great and the story was interesting if there is a second season I'm definetly watching it and I believe I will def like it more than this season (unless they literally ruin it lol riverdale flashbacks) so many people frustrated me tho like Chanmi and Sooheon meeting people they don't know in dark mysterious alleys like wtf getting beat up or hit across the HEAD WITH A FUCKING BRICK just wasn't enough, you need more?!Something was missing maybe cause I thought this was going to be a school mystery but they even tried a guy that didn't go to their school?? Just put me a little off.
Also the cliche telenovela dual/split personality thing not great but didn't hate it as much as I usually do when it comes to cliches, kinda entertaining maybe cause I liked Jaebum!! I think it was also a little rushed I'm just not satisfied maybe cause it was really hyped and it didn't live up to my expectations... I called everything out like Sejin and Wonseok (Chankyu) dating, the sibling 'love' etc again cliches.
The ending tho besides not explaining what happened to everyone else like Jaebum (his sentence and stuff) or Osung (like u dead bro or nah?! if yes which I think is the case, no funeral scene??) it was super cute with the entire school lying for him and saying goodbye to him <3 (would've SOBBED if that wasn't spoiled for me lmao)

A masterpiece
One of my all time favourite dramas. The soundtrack is my favourite ever and I regularly listen to it, it is so beautiful. Every single episode ended with a cliffhanger and I couldn't stop watching--this drama was a real obstacle during assignment week when I watched! The writing was incredible and lovely and the acting was brilliant. I loved both leads so, so much. This story made me laugh and cry and everything in between and I loved the ending so much. I would pay an exorbitant price to be able to swallow a pill and forget this drama so I could watch it again if that were possible. 10/10 stars is not enough, this drama is a work of art and I loved it more than words can adequately describe. Was this review helpful to you?
Totally Gripping
First of all, I know a lot of people have said that the ending lets it down, and it's true that it could have been better and it was cliché, but at the same time, it's not TERRIBLE, and to me it didn't matter because the rest of the drama was AMAZING and more than made up for it.The casting was great (all the guys were hot?! I'm shallow, sorry), and the way it was written kept you going from loving someone to doubting them and then loving them again.
It truly was a rollercoaster and I would definitely recommend it. Even if you're someone who despises clichés - like I normally do - I'd say give it a watch anyway because it might surprise you how much you enjoy it! :)

Revenge of the others succeeds at presenting a good story but fails at everything else
this show disappointed me soo much. the first two episodes were catching and interesting. but after that, it became confusing, boring and really nonsense. i just started watching it fastly so it would end. they just missed the whole main initial point of "who killed chankyu". they added too many characters, shallow and bad-written characters. the main characters' actions and feelings just didn't make sense at all and side characters were so poorly developed that it wouldve been better if they werent there. seok jaebom was the only one that had good lore and development.the relationships were also really weird, it seemed like they just happened yk.
at the end, i think that was the biggest problem. things just didn't matter at all or were just given to the characters. like:
sooheon has a brain tumor? whatever... he faints sometimes but that doesnt matter
osung loves jihyun? okay it doesnt matter. jihyun and chanmi hate eachother? it also doesnt matter.
it really bothered me that the characters were ALWAYS on the right place at the right time. information was just given to them.
also, we watch twelve eps to get to know more about park wonseok and yet we end not knowing shit about his previous life and it should be important for his sister to know bout that.
the ending was just a little bit more of that cliché thing: everything is okay with the main two and that's it. osung death was really forced and we end not knowing what really happened with jaebom (the fact that he was manipulated was kinda ignored also).
overall, it's disappointing. the show gets lost on itself. it gives us good lore but is not able to handle it and make it interesting and logical. it is not worth watching at all.

worth it to watch
biasa aja sih sbenarnya, buat story lumayanlah masih mending yg ini dripada drakor My Name, aktingnya juga bagus², soundtracknya enak. kecewa sama dalang dri konfliknya trnyata cmn krn hubungan sesama jenis hdeh. yg gak gue suka itu penulisan karakter dri antagonisnya yg dimana dia punya dua jiwa yg satunya jiwa saudara kembarnya yg udah lama meninggal, kan aneh drakornya masuknya ke hal supernatural. kalo antagonisnya itu punya penyakit multiple personality masuk akal tuh, lebih bagus malahan. Was this review helpful to you?
AFFECTIVE
idk why i cant get away from this, but no doudt this one was one of the best drama ever watched ,really appreciate the casts hardwork , especially lomon ,really you had good luck even without that red shoelace,BEST OF LUCK for your future deeds, yeah but i felt a bit doudted about the consistent ideas of ok chanmi and ji sooheon ,it could be better to show all the behind conversation of them on those ideas ,and also every side casts were the best possessions to keep in this drama ,i liked the jury of wooyeon and cheong su bin...Was this review helpful to you?

Chaotic search for the truth
That was one hell of a ride. I binged Revenge of Others in one day, and I still don’t know whether to be proud or emotionally drained . The mystery had me completely hooked. The constant guessing of “who’s who” and “what’s what” messed with my head in the best (and worst) ways, and I’ll admit, none of my guesses were right. That said, I have mixed feelings. The pacing is wild, thrilling but overwhelming. There’s a lot happening, and while it technically makes sense, it also kind of… doesn’t. I love psychological elements, especially anything involving DID or complex mental layers, but this one made it feel almost like a joke. I even doubted myself for a second and searched if he was possessed because that’s how chaotic it got 😂.
Still, I loved it enough to finish it in one sitting. The suspense was strong, and my curiosity refused to let me stop. It’s messy, confusing, and totally binge-worthy.
📌 Watch this if you enjoy fast-paced mystery thrillers with a sprinkle of psychological chaos and don’t mind questioning your own sanity while watching.

“When Brave Teens Take Justice into Their Hands – Revenge of Others Review”
“Revenge of Others” is one of those K-dramas that keeps your heart racing from the first episode to the very last. I watched it just a week ago, but every scene still feels fresh in my mind. The story was totally unexpected — full of twists, mystery, and shocking turns. Every episode made me think, “What’s going to happen next?” and I couldn’t stop watching. At first, I thought the drama had 16 episodes, so I watched two every day, planning to finish it slowly. But suddenly, when episode 12 ended, I realized — that was it. Only 12 episodes. That moment felt so sad because I didn’t want it to end. I was completely pulled into the world of the characters.
The female lead was strong and smart, and the male lead… wow. He was not just handsome, but also had such a powerful presence. His acting felt so real — calm but full of emotion. The chemistry between the two leads wasn’t romantic like I expected, but it was something even stronger — a powerful bond built on trust, secrets, and shared pain. That kind of connection was deep and unforgettable.
The drama’s mystery and thrill were on another level. You keep guessing the truth, but the story always surprises you. Every character had a purpose. No boring moments. Just pure thrill and emotion.
If you love high school mystery, unexpected storylines, and characters who are brave, smart, and mysterious — Revenge of Others is a must-watch.

One of the best mystery dramas of 2022
The whole story involving the cast is fantastic. The personal growth of each character makes the story get better and better throughout the episodes. It's a story that grips everyone from start to finish. We feel anger, affection, sadness, betrayal and all the feelings that the characters feel. The whole development of the story behind the death of Park Wonseok makes it captivating, as clues and more clues appear that lead us to believe that the killer is a person, but, in the end, it was not what we were looking for.
It was without a doubt one of the best mystery dramas I've seen this year. Despite the ending being a little open and where they could have explored some more points that, in my opinion, would be important, I LOVED it.
If you want to see a GOOD mystery drama then Regenge of Others is a GREAT option.
