Both the shows have a single parent..
And it only has 4 eps so it will be a quick watch for someone who likes a cute romcom

Zhang Jing Yi is the FL in both. The chemistry is natural. The relationship had depth. However, BEITD does not have a satisfactory ending.

ML is a celebrity, a singer songwriter
FL is a regular person
Both shows deal with illness
In FP, ML's daughter has leukemia but in STL, FL has ALS
Both shows deals with scandal
In FP, FL is at her height in fame but temporarily brought down by scandal but in STL, ML is no longer popular and trying to work his way up back to fame but scandal is blocking him
Both shows ML and FL work together to cover up a lie/misconception
