The Baidu drama page for the TV Series FATE CHOOSES YOU (aka "A Perfect Match"/Breaking the Sky) listed 6 songs composed by Hú Xiǎo'ōu 胡小鸥 on lyrics by Joey Chou/ Zhōu Jiéyǐng 周洁颖, performed by China International Philharmonic Orchestra (Flute/Xiao: Shen Xiaoping ; Guitar: Wu Yutao ; Bass: Wang Yi) , Producer: 胡小鸥@TME制作人联盟 / Hu Xiao'ou @TME Producer Alliance (Tencent Musical Entertainment), released as singles between April 22 and 28, 2026 ; and 22 tunes on the full OST album of background music. Peachey Blossom has posted the MVs with lyrics in Hanzi, pinyin and English translation which I am listing below with links to listen (click on pictures). The first one might be better translated as "Destiny" so I'm altering it in the list and since I'm at it, I also changed other titles since I admit I had been lazy and somewhat tired there at first, after spending perhaps too much time on this OST research, looking at the Baidu page and at the YouTube video to extract a list that might be frustrating if only the raw Chinese titles were there. There is no "official translation" for them that I could find. Since "Fate Chooses You" is the English title for the drama, I was not phased by the word Fate occurring in tune titles.
Peachey Blossom is not me and has not looked at the BGM list. She usually concentrates on songs and their lyrics and I rather like her English versions. Sometimes, she and other translators have variations on wording. So; if you feel something could be better expressed, go ahead and suggest your take!
You're right to be frustrated at the fact that all 3 words of 宿命，缘，and 命运 translate into "fate".
Here's my suggestion:
宿命之缘 - Fateful Encounter
命运缠绕 - Souls Entwined
宿命枷锁 - Chains of the Inevitable
That's nice too and follows the story, so I will replace with these titles those of 2nd tentative translation that gave "Destiny", "Entwined by Fate" and "Shackled by Fate" :)
Fate still came back in the first of your title suggestions? Well, that's fated, lol ! We can't escape destiny anyway.
