This is an exciting and humorous love story of a married couple who got divorced and the things they went through until they became a couple again.

Just look at the cover pictures. They are so similar you can actually feel the relation. A moment to Remember also features a rich FL suffering from Memory loss. Its great and painful at the same time to watch. Give it a try. You won't regret watching this Classic.

They try to divorce without letting their family members know. The female lead and male lead are both successful in life. But they are not happy with their marriage. And while their talk of divorce contunes, they get feelings for each other. They fall for each other at the end.

Both are sad ending (we don't know yet) but one of the lead will die and this is about one lead dying and other remembering

How can two shows be so similar?!
In both dramas we have a strong and smart FL who tries to single-handedly stand against her powerful family members, who attempt to strip her of her inheritance.

In Queen of Tears, her mother, father, and brother are still alive and wholeheartedly support her, even if they sometimes fall behind. But in Graceful Family, the FL is truly alone — even her father betrays her.

In both shows, the ML is a lawyer from an average family who stays by her side throughout the journey to help her regain her power. Both FLs also struggle with a strange, incurable illness, and in both cases, people perceive them as “crazy,” yet still undeniably authoritative.

Kim Ji Won portrays a rich chaebol heiress who is strong headed and cold in both dramas. Her characters have a cold exterior but are deeply misunderstood by those around her, including her family who put pressure on her to stay in the confines of the business conglomerate world. They may come across as mean and heartless, but it is because of the environment that she has been brought up in that has caused her to be that way. They both fall for men who are certified soft boys (Kang Ha Neul in 'The Heirs' and Kim Soo Hyun in 'Queen of Tears'. Many would say that Hong Hae In is Yoo Rachel in another dimension.

okay lemme just tell the differences as well: QOT has a main villain, It has more political stuff than ABAY, but it definitely carries stronger emotions and deeper relations. Also unlike ABAY QOT WILL MAKE YOU SHED LITERS OF TEARS.
