It's been awhile...

Just like my headline suggests, it really has been awhile since we had such a solid kdrama in years!! I don't even remember the last time I felt so emotionally INVESTED and obsessed with a Kdrama. Sis checks twitter religiously every single day and hour for more updates lmao. I can't wait for it to end so I can finally concentrate at work HAHAHA TT but at the same time I aM super sad that its ending because when will we ever see ksh on screen again? in 3 YEARS? dude serves us a 3 course meal and then disappear like its nothing making us survive on crumbs after.

wow.. where do I start, this drama is like a breath of fresh air, it has everything! The plot itself is intriguing, literally had the whole world coming up with theories, we had doctors, lawyers, accountants all coming together to discuss the plot HAH. I am RUNNING AWAY FROM PEOPLE WHO CAME UP with the theory that hyunwoo dies at the end of this show. LIKE HELLO? nO. GET AWAY from Me.

anywho, I love how this drama brought all of us together!! This ride has been nothing but an EXPLOSIVE TREAT. The cast had already warned us during the interview that this show will have plot twist over twist over twist + case on case on case. They weren't lying when they said ep 5 was only the beginning because everything that came after that was just HELL. Had us ugly crying every ep frs. I was shocked to find out that each ep is about 1.5h long cause it doesn't even feel that long!!! also bc every ep is alluring.

The storyline to some may be mediocre, but its the storytelling that is enticing. The plot shines the harsh truth of how life after marriage would be, and in this case it may not always be a happily ever after. Miscommunications, assumptions, built up frustrations and unresolved hurts will always affect the relationship, afterall it takes two hands to clap in a rs/marriage. I like how they show the state of the contrast difference between the Hong and Baek family and how its in Baek's family that hae in feels comfortable about letting her guard down and learning to receive love. And I really love how clear baekhong's love is shown in this drama - to be loved is to be understood and known.

The ways the actors go above and beyond to make their characters come to life. Ksh and Kjw served INSANE chemistry both on screen and off screen, even I can't help but to ship them irl TT. (secretly wishing for them to pull a BinJin) The acting, the adlibs, the constant strive to do better in delivering lines and expressing emotions shows dedication to their craft. Man literally proved us once again why he is the king of ratings and one of the highest paying actor in sk! Both kjw and ksh delivered such a stellar performance, and ofc with the other casts as well, special mention to park sung hoon as eun seong cause man acted so well it made me wna PUNCH him every single time he comes on. He needs Jeon Jae Joon to teach him a lesson HAH.

As a fan of both of the main leads, I have been truly blessed by this series. And sending my heartfelt congratulations for everyone that made QOT come alive, yall truly deserved the recognition for all that hard work!! It really is a bittersweet feeling knowing that we're heading towards the finale of this drama, part of me is sad because this is the end of an amazing story, but also so happy for all the recognition and support they are all getting. I already felt the post drama syndrome kicking in at ep 14... ahha, this feeling is smth i've never felt for in such a long time. Thank you QOT, for once again reigniting my love for dramas. It really has been a traumatic ride HAHAH kdrama? no.. ktrauma.

Lovin' It !!

Being a Big fan of Kim Soo Hyun, I’m thrilled to witness his return to the screen after a three-year hiatus. His performance up to Episode 2 has been nothing short of spectacular, capturing the essence of his character with finesse. Kim Ji Won, though not someone I follow closely, has also delivered a commendable performance. Her roles in ‘Crash Landing on You’ and ‘Descendants of the Sun’ were my only encounters with her work, but in this drama, she’s truly doing a good job.

The narrative has been engaging thus far, and I’m optimistic that it will maintain its momentum without resorting to unnecessary fillers. I’m eagerly anticipating how the plot will unfold and have high hopes for the drama’s continued success. It’s a story that has captured my heart, and I can’t wait to see where it takes us.

Maravilhoso

Esse drama foi emocionante e com uma reflexão profunda sobre os altos e baixos num relacionamento humano, seja ele familiar ou romântico.
A falta de diálogo era a maior causa de tudo. No casamento deles mesmo foi o que fez ruir.

A roteirista soube aproveitar bem esse elenco, entregou personagens que sim tinham defeitos mas que a gente foi capaz de entender e amar.
O irmão da protagonista mesmo, foi um personagem que teve uma evolução tão boa, vimos ali uma bela de um transformação.

Nos entregaram também vilões, que foram ruins até o fim, umas verdadeiras cobrinhas.
Todos os atores ali entregaram com maestria o que lhes foram propostos.

Que episódio final foi aquele??? Chorei muito, foi um misto de emoções, sinceramente não consigo superar e nem escrever um post a altura do que senti vendo 'Queen of tears'.

Foi um drama incrível que me arrancou lágrimas, sorrisos e um pouco de ódio também kkk.

É um Dorama de ensinamentos de vida se você olhar bem

Que demora meus amigos, que dorama!

Eu geralmente não costumo dar nota 10 a um Dorama se eu realmente não tiver gostado dele e esse aqui... Se superou! Quando eu pensei que estava bom um certo final que eu imaginava, eles entregaram melhor do que eu pensei, tudo terminou explicado e bem amarradinho nas ideias. Realmente um show pra te render lágrimas, mas não só isso... Uma obra que eu pude ver muitos ensinamentos, na questão de relacionamento entre cônjuges e entre amigos e familiares e como tratar pessoas. Foi muito bom ver o crescimento dos personagens, ver eles caindo em si no que eles erraram para poder melhorar, bom, nem todos se desenvolveram né, mas vimos também com o exemplo deles que se não melhorarmos ou morreremos ou cairemos em desgraça, porque quem não sabe se relacionar fica só. Não sou de rever uma obra, mas quando eu tiver com mais tempo um dia, eu com certeza assistirei novamente para fazer uma análise de cada ponto que gostaria de destacar. Assistam vocês e tirem suas próprias conclusões, é muito bom!

Un drama con muchos Clichés!

Este drama te llama la atención desde un principio por el elenco! Pero vaya sorpresa que me lleve , aunque aveces me gustaba otras veces no, empezando por la historia me gustó el tema del divorcio, las diferencias sociales etc pero como avanzada la historia lo sentí superficial, y nada reflexiva, aparte de varios Clichés como ser la perdida de memoria y otras circunstancias, no me gustó el tema nada realista con lo que se llevó su enfermedad de la protagonista, otro punto en contra fueron varios personajes detestables y la actitud de nuestra protagonista, su banda sonora me gustó bastante y las escenografías también, pero debo decir que para mí es un drama muy sobrevalorado.....

Lindo!

Um melodrama lindo de se assistir. Assistindo ele você vai conseguir encontrar romance, conflitos, ação e muito mais.
Eu estava um pouco receosa se assistiria esse drama agora, pois já estamos no final de 2024 e realmente não me arrependi.

Pela fama que o dorama teve, eu acabo sempre por dar um passo para trás quando começo um drama MUITO famoso, com medo de não superar minhas expectativas, mas esse aqui, superou!

Ambientação, atuação, cinematografia, música (ost), história... Tudo no ponto certo!
Em alguns momentos eu ficava ''nossa mais é bem lento isso e aquilo'', mas no final foi necessário para termos essa finalização maravilhosa no drama.

Eu só fico um pouco com raiva em como parece que o final desse drama foi apressado, tudo e mais um pouco aconteceu no episódio 16, na minha opinião esse drama deveria ter o famoso 18 episódios, assim sendo possível trabalhar os detalhes que são muitos.

Enfim, um dorama bom que tem uma história intrigante de amor, melodrama e ação.
Além de que, todos os casais desse drama tem química. Como pode? Resultando de um casting perfeito.

Por fim, finalizei. Irei assistir novamente no futuro com certeza.

esperava mais ?

A história foi realmente de fazer até o mais amargurado dos amargurados chorar. Me abalou em muitos momentos e eu realmente tentei me apegar a história desses personagens num todo, porém, mesmo sendo fã número um de histórias tristes, infelizmente não consegui me apaixonar cem por cento por essa aqui.
Eu gostei da premissa, mas acho que enrolaram muito, criaram tanta tensão e o final foi esse? Não foi ruim, mas eu esperava mais, poxa.
Queria que aquele vilão que jogou o abajur naquela moça pagasse pelo que fez a ela. Mesmo ele sendo o amante, cúmplice dos crimes dela e pai biológico do filho dela ele ainda assim não tinha o direito de fazer aquilo e aquela surra que ele levou no final não foi nada se comparado com o que ele merecia.
Achei que tentaram forçar ao máximo a barra dessa história. Devem ter visto o sucesso que foi e por isso os episódios foram tão longos e... chatos (não é a palavra, queria usar uma outra, mas não estou lembrando dela agora).
Achei preguiçoso e cansativo esse enredo em diversos momentos. Eu comecei a ver esse dorama na época que lançava e era apenas um episódio por semana!!! Foi horrível, foi tão enrolado que eu só consegui ver os cinco ou seis últimos episódios quase um ano depois do lançamento desse dorama.
Enfim, a trilha sonora foi linda e teve momentos muito bonitos, mas, assim como o que EU já esperava, não foi grandes coisas.

O que fazer com uma família planta?

Vou começar pelas coisas bonitinhas... o que mais gostei foi o final, finalzinho mesmo, do dorama. Achei muito bonita a progressão do tempo deles enquanto casal: eles dois, eles com a filha, ele velhinho... foi delicado e trouxe um quentinho no coração 🥹
Segunda coisa que eu amei é essa trama de te odeio, mas te amo. Cada ação para afastar trazia cada um pra mais perto, polaridades diferentes atraídas um para o outro.
Não posso esquecer dos epílogos, dando um toque e contexto ao que estava acontecendo.
Ah e a trilha sonora tem meu ❤️

Mas nem tudo são flores 💐... Minha nossa que família rica BURRA (desculpa) mas me revoltei: eles se comportando sempre como Os melhores só que super dependentes. O que eles fariam sem o advogado? seguiriam com os bens congelados?

Os "vilões" eram até interessantes, inteligentes e tiveram êxito em tudo, o que impediu de dar 100% certo foi essa fixação por ter querer ter alguém. Então, vilões 10! Do outro lado, os " injustiçados" sabiam chorar e serem plantinhas. Nada fizeram, mudaram em parte, mas começaram e terminaram como plantas, o que não trouxe movimento pra trama, ainda bem que tinha uma filha pra vivenciar tudo... O que fazer com uma família planta?

Ainda bem que o advogado nasceu superdotado, maravilhoso, zero defeitos!!!

De qualquer forma assistam para terem a noção de um amor intenso. A tensão "te amo, mas te odeio" pra "te odiei, mas te amo" faz a gente querer ter um amor assim!
