A gloomy NEET named Ito keeps tropical fish as a hobby at his shabby apartment and co-habits with a male prostitute named Yamakiyo. Ito calls his larger tropical fish ''Dolphin'' and says, ''The dolphin is small now, but when it grows big, I'll return it to the sea. '' One day, Ito finds a gun near the US military base and takes it with him; a short while after, a bar's owner offers Ito to do a drug trade with a dangerous man.
