In Begin Again main couple doesn’t have arrange marriage but its marriage of convenience so similar in a way. Also, female leaves and has secret child and they get back together again. Very similar plot. If you like one, you will definitely like another.

Loving, never forgetting has kind of similar plot with almost same amount of drama and sadness. Both has secret child but in loving, never forgetting, male doesn’t want to get together again immediately but only wants child first and then falls back in love with female.

Both are short dramas about a forced/contract marriage arranged by relatives. The ML resents it and is harsh toward the FL at first.
