Both MLs are deaf and FL learn how communicate with them via sign language. Hoshi Furu Yoru ni is lighter and focused on side characters more than Silent, but both of them are feel good romance drama with no toxicity from the leads.

Zhou Shen Shen loses her voice after a bus accident and gets taken to the hospital by her friend, Zuo Jun, who blames himself for making her mute. The plot for these dramas are very different, but if you enjoy the change of traditional roles like in Hoshi Furu Yoru ni where the ML does the cooking and cleaning, Watashi no Oyome-kun is highly recommended wherein the main plot revolved around the expectations in gender. Anyway, both are good slice of life dramas with good comedy.
