Abel and Junya have become close friends and spend their time together, but when the money they made from selling their beloved car runs out, they end up in a rundown, seedy town. As they are collecting pocket change from a shady business in front of the station, they meet a super rockin' guy named Kubodera who happens to be passing by, and their destiny begins to unfold. Because of the troublemaker Junya, the two become targets of moneylenders and gangsters, and they find themselves in a troublesome situation that also involves Kubodera's only son, Norio.
