Irreplaceable Episode 11

Work and relationship changes

Omg it was painful trying to watch Xu Chi and senior on a date. They have so little in common that they have nothing to talk about with ease and enjoyment. Then him deciding to break up first and his reasoning…..🙄 He is a Ma Ke in the making. 😝 I am glad Ye Xin Zhi showed her a stark contrast in how to conduct business. She saw the ease and flow of exchanging data and collaborating. This is something she would never see with what’s his name ex bf. He and Ma Ke will never feel bad about poor synergy with their client because the client will always be wrong. 😝He and XinZhi could not be more different. It had to be a good ego boost that the client offered to hire her. XinZhi was also quite proud of his trainee and said so. It was impressive that she had the minutes all wrapped up and in his email box before the meeting concluded. I like the girls working on the same team now. Xu Chi can get away from the toxic rumors of how poorly that meeting went and move to something far more positive. It is fun seeing Xu Chi as the IT person. She is all busy fixing Bu TianNa’s computer and they are having a chat about guys. I like how they push each other’s buttons to call out bs or to think better. It is also fun that Zhao Heng shows up with new parts rather than being able to fix. He has a good rapport with both girls. He gets into a true argument with Bu Tian Na as he’s driving her home. We don’t know what his family situation is but she crossed a line deliberately and then doubled down on it. This shows her low EQ because she really doesn’t take much time to walk in another’s shoes. She is taking baby steps with her little brother. That wood chop really was an eye catcher.🤣😂 Her face when she actually got the shot.🤣😂 I was really disappointed in her not accepting his candy gift, but she made up for it with a trip for ice cream. It was poignant when he asked her to be the CEO because he didn’t want to be one, he just wanted to play. That touched her because she saw they were being as manipulative with him as her. This is something they could truly bond over. Xu Chi has taken too many legend lessons. She tries to act more like him to announce her breakup. He is quite pleased but refuses to let her know. He just works out harder boxing and getting teased about how old he looks.🤣😂 Xu Chi and Zhao Heng find themselves at a commiserating unrequited love dinner. Lol They both lament the one they like won’t give them the time of day for actual dating. He cracked me up when he said they should date just to piss off the ones they liked. 🤣😂 He kept demanding a photo to post and she just tossed his drunk ass in a cab and sent him home. 🤣😂 I really like the friendship of these three interns. These are the contacts that tend to stay with you. It is very sibling like in many respects. I also liked the chance meeting with Lin. She looked so calm and relaxed. Hubby is out of the picture and she is getting her life in order and ready for new things. I like that she made Xu Chi think about what bf material is and how you should be feeling with one you say you care about. Zhao Heng is standing in line at an exclusive coffee shop waiting 2 hrs for a very specific drink. I am hoping he does something unpredictable rather than just giving it to her. Bu TianNa is already planning how to refuse it😝 I like this guy. He understands people and reads the room. He is offbeat in how he presents himself and that can be off putting. But he has a good heart and is loyal. He doesn’t throw people under the bus to get ahead and he supports and picks up the people he cares about. They don’t have to wonder where he stands. Waiting to see what next episode brings.
