Partners negotiating

I like that we get to see what Zhao Heng outlined for Mr Bu. He understood all the family dynamics and took the blinders off to the dad’s understanding of which child best suited for the business. You could see his love and appreciation for Bu TianNa in his presentation and how thoughtful it was for the hierarchy the dad really wanted. He laid out a plan that would accommodate all of them and make both work and home environments happier. I am glad they made up at the airport and have worked out how to handle the long distance. It’s not known if the dad followed up with the suggested plan, but that he noted his son better suited as athlete and spatial related matters rather than business that made it clear setting up son to inherit company would not serve anybody well. Xin Zhi has been hit hard when a worker jumped from a building because AllBuy went Ai and laying off workers to accommodate the shipping plans if his project. He suffers PTSD as it seems his father took his life over business matter, so he wants to personally apologize and offer compensation to the family. His boss has refused and secretly put Xu Chi over the project. He bullied her into it because she would be the only one not making XinZhi take the fall for it. I liked that she went with transparency and shared blame with All Buy. The boss was far from happy. She has gambled her job that they will survive the negative press and that for the long term it would serve them better to be found trustworthy rather than hiding it. She is a force to be reckoned with and held fast to the principles XinZhi would have wanted. She gambles like Zhao Heng because they both put everything on the line for the one they care most about. XinZhi has been resting and his boss cut him out of the chat group so he knows nothing of what’s going on. Xu Chi is shouldering the blame and Lin has warned of negative press coming their way late afternoon. So Xu Chi’s goal is to hit the internet with honesty by noon to minimize the damage. It’s for sure nobody is expecting them to step up and claim responsibility ….but Xu Chi did it. 😁
