"Kamen Rider: The Fearful Global Warming Plan" is a planetarium movie produced by Toei in several planetaria throughout Japan to teach children about global warming (with narration by Hirohiko Kakegawa). Shotaro Hidari and Philip who transform into Kamen Rider Double, alongside Kamen Rider 1, Kamen Rider 2, and the ten previous Heisei Riders, fight Shocker led by its President and Gel Shocker's Hilchameleon who plan on destroying the Earth by having it succumb to global warming.
