Red River Valley

In the 1900s, Chinese girl Xue Er loses her brother when fleeing from religious sacrifice, and then she is saved by Tibetan herdsman Kelsang. Years later, they save two British expedition team members from an avalanche and bring them to their village. One stays behind to recover but unexpectedly falls in love with Princess Tondrub, the Chief's daughter. Meanwhile, the other comes back with an army to attack Tibet. Tens of thousands of Tibetan people fight bloody battles against the invading British army in order to defend their homeland.
