I love this mini drama. I can tell this drama is really really short. a very mini one because one episode runs only for 6 mins maximum. I wish it was a bit longer but still I love it. I already have watched it for 3 times despite my busy university schedule. and I'm planning to watch it again just because I can't get over it. The chemistry was everything between the Female Lead and the Male Lead. The plot was so good. Just for a moment, at the beginning of the last episode, I thought everything was a dream and that's going to be a sad ending but.... it's not a sad ending drama. That drama worth watching it and deserves more love. So go watch it and you will never regret it!!! Was this review helpful to you?

Fine
The episodes are only three minutes long, so the story offers just a glimpse of desire, hope, and love. It revolves around a girl who has a long-time crush on her classmate, but her love remains one-sided. When she turns 27, she gets a chance to meet him again. However, after overhearing gossip, she mistakenly believes he already has a girlfriend. Heartbroken, she decides to leave the venue, but an unexpected incident sends her back to when she was 17. From that point, the story beautifully portrays a mix of emotions, including love, longing, and regret. Was this review helpful to you?

Zhong miaoyi has my heart ???
I am the biggest fan of anything to do with travelling back in time to high school and noticing and realising things you would have never known from the past. The main girl is adorable and she is so funny and cute. One thing I love about her character is that she can be a total cutie and smart at the same time (something writers have a hard time putting together). She was such a breath of fresh air and I found her so comical and funny! It's so fun seeing a female lead with logic!!!!
The main guy is like any stereotypical guy in chinese high school dramas, cold and smart. However, he really isn't THAT mean and holds actual decent human manners 😱😱😱. Nah but like fr his little actions that seems really cold painted this whole plot of him being a victim of abuse and trapped in these circumstances and wanting to escape. This explains his flinching and lack of wanting to stay close + his will to study. And I was really afraid that his abuse trauma was going to be treated as something that just appears when needed to. And in the beginning it was nice seeing the build up and little details to his character. HOWEVER this was all forgotten about after he moved in with the female lead. His trauma was basically never bought up for the rest of the drama.
The second male lead ( WHyyyyyyy ThERe WaS NO NeEd) was used just to lengthen the plot, he liked her then got rejected (basic cannon plot). He really didn't add anything to the plot apart from pressure the male lead to act on his feelings quicker.
But the last couple of episodes was so beautiful to watch! When she discovered how to go back to the future and wanted to never leave the past + the side effects was so interesting to watch! That's when the drama began to pick up again!!!
Overall I did enjoy watching this drama, the cute interactions between the female lead and male lead was so fun to watch ( I was curious though if she had any proper close friends). The romance was so fluffy and refreshing I genially did enjoy it.
However I found myself skipping a lot around the end... BUT the last couple of episodes were so fun to watch.

mmmm... no thank you
i know this is a short series made of literally 4 minutes long episode therefore I didn't come in with many expectations but.... I found literally nothing.plot: not even sure.
a 27 years old girl meets her former classmates at a dinner party and then thanks To a McGuffin goes back in time.
ti avoid constant time skips she has to stick to her classmate... and I guess they fall in love (didn't make to that point).
I watched roughly 15 episodes and frankly was really bored.
the characters are not interesting. I keep calling the female lead su zai zai because she is playing the same character as in "flying towards you".
funny thing, the male lead here looks exactly like the one in "flying towards you".🤣
this character is the same old one of these dramas: algid, focused on studies, quiet, unapproachable and with a tragic family background.
the story per se is so formulaic that I wanted to see a fresh approach at least when it comes to the characters but that didn't happened.
if you saw any teen age drama you basically saw this one.
there is nothing engaging here, not particularly funny moments or bickering.
I dropped it because at episode 15 asking myself " why are you even here?".
would I recommend it?
I don't think so. I don't even what is there to be recommended tbh.

Reliving old memories, but it's not a dream.
This drama wa short and cute. Not too much going on, that's the charm of it, there's not that much of a story, so it makes you remember every detail when you watch it once. The casting was perfect, everyone suited their roles, this was my first Zhang miao yi drama she acted in, and after watched Wifty and Exclusive fairytale, I have noticed Zhang miao yi always choose the same character over and over again. But it honestly suits her, she gives sweet next door neighbour girl vibes. The male lead had almost the same character vibe as Zhang lu rang in Wifty.
I love the second leads didn't take the whole show but created subtle jealousy scenes for the male lead. He was an absolute cutie too.
The time loop plot was okay, they didn't really focus on that too much though.
Honestly a short c drama has a 50/50 chance to be really good or really bad. I didn't have high expectations for this one , but it was surprisingly good. I gave a good re-watch value as it's super sweet and short, A type of drama you could watch after really long ones.
Definitely recommend to the people who are looking for a short drama , with not too much plot just fluffy romance.

Time travel dream
First of all this is a love story without any sidekicks, second plot lines or any family related hiccups in between. I don't know why it has such miniest of the minis 4 minute long episodes when it could have been a 90min long movie instead.Being a sucker for time travel stories I have watched it. It has horrible subtitles on YouTube. Like really really bad making it a difficult watch. Felt like watching an edited drama episode highlights without context. That high school name Popup was another eye sore.
After watching When I fly towards you, this feels like an extension of sma show probably because of same FL.

Solid cast, soggy script. This loop needed more polish, less déjà meh
This drama reminded me a lot of “Shining for One Thing,” and therefore, perhaps unjustifiably, I made a lot of comparisons to that show. In contrast to “SFOT”, this drama is mediocre, and it’s no fault of the actors. I’ve seen Zhang Miao Yi in other works, so I know where her capabilities lie. I don’t enjoy time-travel dramas unless they are well-made. Granted, this has a shorter runtime, it’s not surprising that there would be some kinks that still needed to be ironed out. Possibly, a bigger budget or production could allow for a more fully developed story and plot. As it stands, it’s passable. Was this review helpful to you?

HIDDEN GEM! A MUST-WATCH MINISERIES WITH PERFECT PACING AND STORY
This Chinese miniseries is a breath of fresh air! With a beautiful soundtrack and a story that's perfect in every way, it's a must-watch.With Xu Yang's complex family dynamic, this drama tackles a complex theme.
The lead actress, Zhang Miao Yi, is a scene-stealer. She has a knack for picking captivating roles and bringing them to life with genuine emotion. Her chemistry with her co-star is undeniable, and their high school romance is both sweet and hilarious, particularly when another boy enters the picture.
The pacing is fantastic, and avoids that rushed feeling I often find in other Chinese miniseries. Every episode unfolds naturally, so it made easier for me to become fully invested in the story and characters.
This drama excels in all aspects, from the well-chosen soundtrack to the superb acting. It's a perfect example of what Chinese miniseries can achieve.

Short and Sweet
I liked watching this drama. It was short and sweet. It’s a feel good drama, that’s for sure. The time travel aspect of it was quite weird and lacking towards the ending though. But overall, I liked how the story progress. I wish it was given more time to show better character development. I wish the ending also gave more insight about how their relationship will progress further. But I guess that will remain as wishful thinking on my part. This is still a good drama to watch for those interested in a fun and sweet vibe. Was this review helpful to you?

Sweet like sugar!
I absolutely loved this mini drama despite low expectations. I really enjoyed watching this drama, and it gives a beautiful nostalgic feeling. It has that surreal vibe that one can never really escape from. Watching this makes you feel like you are looking back at memories that fade away . Their acting was top-notch: At the very end, the story gets quite emotional, especially if you are an empath, but the way they subtly portray emotions, while still being able to stir them up inside the viewer, is truly exceptional. Many people don't like this subtlety, but I very much enjoyed this. Although it did not gain the recognition it deserved, it is truly one of Zhang Miao Yi's most notable works, and I particularly enjoyed this because I favour subtle and nostalgic themes over huge drama. I will love and support the actors and actresses in this drama in future works.I recommend it only to people who like subtlety
