Tanaka Hiroshi is an ordinary young man who makes a living by making gyoza at a gyoza restaurant. He avoids wasteful spending, maintains close relationships, and simply returns home safely. This is the day that Hiroshi, who lives inside the 60 million Scabelians, must absolutely maintain. One day, Hiroshi goes to the library to look for a book. There, he happens to meet a university student, Masa Shizuka. An accident there leads to an unprecedented crisis for Hiroshi. Akemi Bardot, who suddenly becomes the captain of the ship after the captain loses his job, overcomes one difficult situation after another and searches for a new future. Conflicts with the president, ministers, and people inside the ship and Shizuka looms... The story becomes even more complicated as relationships in the outside world also become entangled.
