they both played with the same male lead, and also the plot was kinda similar, also a transmigated drama, need to defeat the enemy in order to be back at the real world

both entering the game by using mechanism and no conciousness at the real world, need to get out there alive

stuck in the game for one reason or another - but what is this game and who runs it? Will NPCs join the forces? Will the real people achieve the goal of getting out of there?

while JOL is not yet revealed as game, there are many similarities between the two productions: there is a lady who comes from somewhere (like Fan Xian's mom) and acts like Uncle Wu. The ML does not have the memories of his life but like FX he too is charged with running a country and is aided by characters that know more about the current situation than the king himself. Although ML in Joy of Life does not have multiple lives like the ML here, but they are equally given a chance to correct their mistakes.
And on top of it there is comedy!
