Qian Liang regrets resigning from her job as a game artist upon discovering that Gu Xun, her crush, was brought on by the same company to lead a new game development project. Qian Ling and Gu Xun are online gaming buddies, using the pseudonyms Nuo Mi Xiao Ma Hua and Xiao Cao, respectively. I love this type of arcs so much. Unbeknownst to them, they actually know each other in real life as college classmates and later as work colleagues. Right when she quits, she sees her crush. Qian Liang regrets resigning from her job as a game artist upon discovering that Gu Xun, her crush, was brought on by the same company to lead a new game development project. Sometimes you just know where exactly you fucked up
