Both are a reality TV show of young high schoolers that are awkward at love and/or experiencing a relationship for the first time.

This show has the same format in that the contestants are taken to an island to get to know each other. It also has a few main hosts that react and Cho Kyu Hyun is a main host as well. If you liked 19 to 20 I highly recommend this show. It has two seasons but I personally like the second one more than the first one and you can watch them in any order you want.

"Nineteen to Twenty" and "Twinkle Love Season 1" are reality shows about young adults in their early 20s undergoing life transitions. They feature diverse casts forming relationships, with "Twinkle Love" following post-university graduates on a trip and "Nineteen to Twenty" capturing the last week of 19-year-olds before turning 20. Both shows focus on learning, self-discovery, and creating meaningful memories, offering heartfelt narratives of youthful exploration and growth.

This program have the same youth feeling into it. The cast of 19to20 are of the same age literally 19 going 20 while WOKFIL has the same age group (about 18-26). The most fun in 19to20 is that there is a transition period of becoming 'adults' and most are really sincere in this. In WOKFIL, the most fun is the panel which are the parents (mostly dads) of the cast who are also known in Korean media. It is fun when they tease the fathers about their daughter or son, like, "Is she really single since birth?" and see them reacting, "what is wrong with my daughter?". It's that fun, whether this produce end game couples or not, I'm satisfied.
