The Miraculous Girl

Both MLs are rich and either disabled or ill, FLs have secret motives and pretend to be mentally disabled.

Both are mini dramas with the same plot.

In both dramas, one of the leads has "miracle" curing blood and a scientist is trying to use their blood for his own interests.

Both dramas have a lead with a fatal illness and another lead who may hold the cure for their illness.

Both are short length vertically filmed dramas in which a wealthy man finds a woman he believes is mentally disabled/ill and brings her home with him as a key piece of his plot in revenge or protecting himself against his family. Both FLs are revealed to have secrets and goals of their own. The MLs refer to the FLs as "little thing" for the first part of the drama.

Zhang Jing Yi is the FL in both. The chemistry is natural. The relationship had depth. However, BEITD does not have a satisfactory ending.
