They are extremely family focused and they are also in a contract marriage for the sake of a child. The female lead marrys to a rich family. It really gives me the same feeling and this drama also made me cry.
Both dramas (Taiwanese version) are about a clutzy woman who gets the attention and affection of a powerful and important man. Both dramas are romantic, a bit sad, but caring and loving at the same time.

A modern day remake of the original 2008 Taiwanese drama, Fated to Love You. It will follow a similar story line of a plain, average girl, who accidentally sleeps with the wrong man and becomes pregnant. The man, a big CEO of a large company, who was planning to propose to his longtime girlfriend (but gets stood up) is then forced to get married with the girl he accidentally impregnates and thus begins their long road to eventually realizing that they are each other's destiny.
Thai remake of You are my destiny is one of the modern versions, most of the things follows the original Taiwanese script.
