- MSP is set in high school
- ATS is set in the Max Academy where young artists are trained
- MSP has BL main and side couples
- ATS has a hetero main couple, a tiny BL side couple and strong bromance between the two MLs (believe me, you'll ship Sky and Chalam, it's hot)
- ATS shows a lot more family problems of the main and side characters than MSP

- Both are musical series directed by Boy Takonkiet. Musical in its purest definition, in the sense of characters naturally starting to burst into musical numbers to express their feelings, and not just them singing with awareness in the context of the show
- Both shows have MANY actors who are contestants of One31's singing competitions like The Star and Lazicon
- Both are clearly produced with the intention of showcasing One31's roster of singer-actors musical abilities who came from their competition shows
- Both have a music academy setting
- Both shows feature the romances of young people, their ambitions to become singers
- Both have scenes of auditions, singing contests, male characters using songs to confess to their love interests
