Zhao Lusi shines again
I’ve loved her ever since I saw her in Romance of Tiger & Rose. She gives us a diverse range of emotions but sadly, they made her too ladylike when she was Su Muzhe which seemed like too much of a departure from her original character.Another character who also suffered from this was the lady who dressed like a man - she was tough and tomboy-ish but when she dressed as a lady, her make up was like that of a courtesan and the way she walked and held herself was like a totally different person.
And it was yet another story of a lady who beat all odds becoming a super business person and holding her own in a world ruled by men, so many twists and turns that it got a bit tiring for me. It would have been better to simplify the story and have some focus on having a proper build of to show how the leads fall in love. Instead it happened too suddenly and conveniently in time for them to have a major misunderstanding to split up in the next episode.
Thankfully, they didn’t use a magical last minute cure so you were left hoping and wondering if there would be a happily ever after. So, a more realistic bittersweet happy ending is what you are left with.

This drama is even better than I imagined. Oh my God, Lu Si has improved his acting so much! I cried with Lu Si when I watched it. His emotions are so beautiful. Liu YunNing is one of my favorite actors. I want to watch him as a villain the most. And he did a great job in this drama. Great actors, great script!!Was this review helpful to you?

Yes, at first I really liked this drama but I was really annoyed by the attitude of the fans who gave bad comments and badmouthed other dramas. As if only Zhao Lusi was the best.I really feel sick now, they want to play dirty. I hope she Zhao Lusi can condition her fans. At first I was a fan of Lusi from hidden love. Bad?

The fans were so bad at first I enjoyed it but they all messed up and put down other dramas. So I want them to know about this.Not only your idol who has good acting above him there are still many such as yang zi, dilraba, bailu, Zhao liying and Esther. Don't be too excessive even all the actors who are paired with the queen Your Lusimu is ruined. I remember Ding Yuxi being treated badly. Then Yang Yang and now Realize yourself, even your hidden love that boosted Zhao Lusi's name was not only her hard work. But it was also thanks to other people including Yuan. Can your tsopg penetrate the Korean market And Indonesia? Which is quite big in social media? No, but the white olive tree Chen Without Lusi can do it. And Ding yuxi without Lusi is much better and can even be top 1 in China.

I don't like the ending
Zao Luzi showed her skills in acting. And I love her when she potrayed a happy and jolly girl.. but here... she showed her versitality. But I dropped it on Ep 5 coz.. a don't like the ending. Hoping for season 2. I think the chemistry with her Male Lead is great and casting .. but sad to find it's an open ending story. Hoping the qriter will justify its ending with a happy one.Was this review helpful to you?

I was very sure that this drama or the queen would fall because of her fans. Yes, it turned out that the news that said that the actress' fans were very toxic and crazy was true. A few days ago there was a drama whose rating was attacked and criticized even though the drama was good. Just because his idol's drama lost. Is his idol's ability that bad? Until her fans play dirty. And now another drama that is going viral on inter, the actor was once paired with this actress. Knowing that the drama is also being attacked. Can’t do it!
I got lazy with this one. As soon as I saw the episode count, I realized I just didn't like the show enough to stick with it. I never thought Zhao Lusi and Liu Yuning looked good together, not even in The Long Ballad, so even the main couple couldn't save this drama for me.I am not forcing myself through 40 episodes.
Even though the costumes and production were overall okay, it felt a bit sloppy at times but maybe that’s just me! If a show is that long, it really needs to be high-quality to keep me interested till the end because then I start to see the flaws more clearly!

Perfect drama
The story of pearl girl drama yg ok.perjuangan gadis mutiara yg berusaha untuk memperbaiki kehidupan nya. Cerita nya memberi inspirasi bagi penonton. Pemainnya keren, kostumnya juga ok. Waktu penyiaran 45 menit tapi terasa cepat karena jalan cerita nya tidak bertele-tele dan tidak membosankan. Akting Lusi luar biasa . Molto bello
Un drama in corso io lo sto vedendo da quando è iniziato e quotidianamente le puntate . Una storia non facile ne felice ma i protagonisti sono eccezionali soffri con loro e ti commuovi con loro interpretazione ottima applausi alla piccola Zhoe Luci e a Liu Yuning che nei drama in costume e’ davvero bellissimo e bravo . Musiche belle ambientazione e storia pure.. viene comunque fuori il lato di amicizia di amore e di rivalsa nella vita oltre la vendetta .. complimenti. Eu esperava muito desse drama, pois Liu Yu Ning e Zhao Lu Si roubaram as cenas dos protagonistas em The long ballad, mas o roteiro não colaborou para as belas atuações dos atores. A edição parece um amontoado de cenas, algumas muito mal acabadas. Já assisti outros trabalhos do mesmo diretor e eram bons, mas nesse ele errou em cheio. As canções que compõem a trilha sonora são agradáveis, mas não foram bem utilizadas, gerando pouco ou nenhum impacto na emoção das cenas. Na cena em que são emboscados ao sair da fortaleza, desconfiei que Yu Chi Wu Yi era o traidor, portanto, nenhuma surpresa nos capítulos finais, o mesmo aconteceu aconteceu com o príncipe Ying, quando eles chegam em Yangzhou e ficam sabendo que Xu Nan Ying foi nomeado para um alto cargo pelo príncipe, tinha certeza que ele estava envolvido no massacre da família Yan, portanto, nenhuma surpresa quando isso é confirmado no final. A morte do protagonista masculino eram favas contadas e eu esperava uma cena emocionante, mas não houve, ao contrário, somente o anel dele no dedo dela dá a entender que ele morreu ou foi embora para morrer longe dela. O final pode ser comparado a água: incolor, insípido e inodoro.Só consegui assistir aos 40 capítulos pelo mérito das excelentes atuações dos atores.
