Episode Title: Pei Wen Xuan Foils the Kidnapping Attempt on Li Rong
Li Rong questions Wen Xuan’s motivations for wanting to marry her. In the end, they decide to part ways and never see each other again. On his way home, Wen Xuan discovers that Yang Quan plans to kidnap Li Rong. Though he tries to help, he accidentally mistakes her for one of Yang Quan’s people and foils her escape plan. Together, they end up discussing what might have brought them to this time, in the past.
