Episode Title: Li Rong and Pei Wen Xuan Spend a Night Together
Li Rong realizes that Rong Qing was the real culprit behind her demise as he harbored resentment for the execution of the Su family. Both Li Rong and Wen Xuan reflect on their regrets, pondering what actions they will take in the future. When found, news spread of them spending the night together. The empress wishes to have Li Rong marry Yang Quan to strengthen her military power, but both Li Rong and Wen Xuan agree to join forces to prevent this.

i like how they've already got a foundation as 'couple' so no awkwardness, just plain banter, discussions, etc. I love it. also love the princess, although i feel like most dont like her character, i think it's actually in character. she's a princess. how do you expect to her to act? plus given that she is well-aware of palace intrigue, she has to be more cunning. because unfortunately, women back then had to do a lot to survive

LR and PWX were bickering like an old married couple. The way LR was able to accept PWX to sleep beside her meant that she unconsciously trusted him. Her soul was still frol her past life.
