Both are mini dramas in which both FLs are modern day women who transmigrate into the body of the "ugly" and unloved wife of a wealthy royal man. The FLs start by fixing their scar on their face and then confuse the ML by their change in attitude.
Both FLs are modern day doctors who time travel to the past and have a mark on their face that they soon remove. Both MLs are cruel to the FLs at first.
