both movies are about insecure (for the lack of a better word) female leads who for some reason don't think they match the same level as their male leads...

Both dramas have quite similar vibes..

-The ML learns about the FL’s terminal illness later in the story.
-It’s a tragic situation.
-The FL sends postcards to the ML during this time.
-Written memories from FL
-Emotional distance caused by illness
