fun and cute
Loved this series. It’s a quick watch with only 8 short episodes. The story was new for me and I found it very interesting and sweet. The whole cast was great. The two male leads were both very cute.
This story really brought out several emotions. It’s hard enough for heterosexual couples to confess their feelings. I just can.t imagine how much harder it would be for two boys. Lesson leaned to not assume anything. Feelings are hard to express.
Loved this and will rewatch for the cuteness.

Bittersweet Experience
**Brief Synopsis**T (Student): Dong Wook
B (Student): Do Hyun
Beginning: T and B were once friends with feelings for each other but ended badly in B's mind and T transfers schools. They meet again after all these years and despite still having feelings for the other man, B feels great animosity towards him because they left on a bad note (mainly because T tried to his growing feelings for B by pulling himself away from him). Not wanting those feelings to resurface, B wants nothing to do with T but doesn't have a choice when his basketball team loses a player to injury and T is the perfect substitute. T on the other hand has never forgotten B and wants to rekindle their relationship, not only because B is a cure for his insomnia, he still likes him despite having tried to walk away the first time and forget. Thus he decides to make a bet with B; if they won the match, B will have to grant him a wish. They end up winning and T asks B to move in with him.
Middle and End: Because T got hurt in the game, B allows him to stay with him until his cast is taken off. With T close to him, B finds out about T's insomnia problem and that he would do anything to fall asleep. He learns that he had been a sleeping aid for T back in high school and concludes that T has been playing with his feelings all this time and is utterly disgusted by him. He confronts T about it and the latter doesn't know how to explain, thus making B think he was right all along. He tells T to get lost and leaves. T, not willing to lose him for a second time, finally manages to trap him a few days later and confesses his feelings. B, who still has feelings for him, finally allows himself to believe that this might be true and kisses him. The series ends with them together.
**My Opinion**
WHAT I LIKED ABOUT IT
- The ending was really cute. I really like how happy they look together now that the misunderstandings have been cleared up. Going through this show has not been easily and the ending feels like such a nice payoff.
- Very good looking cast. Did well in their roles and convinced the audience of the emotional turmoil the characters were feeling. The ensemble cast did a good job as well. There wasn't any awkward scenes or cringe.
- Nice pacing. Because the story was a simple one to tell, the pacing was just right even if they only had 8 short episodes, not too fast or slow.
- The production is high quality.
WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT IT
- Simple and predictable plot with no memorable moments. This was a simple story that has been told many times over. The main conflict was due to the lack of communication between the two characters because both were afraid to let the others know how they felt. Once that was cleared up, it was happy ending.
- A very emotional ride. This show is not fluffy by any sense of the word. It was sad throughout until the last episode. It was a little too much for me.
- Nothing happens beside their relationship, which is to be expected. The story felt a little empty and plain.
- There was a slight lack of chemistry between the leads. Their love felt more like bromance rather then real love. There was a lack of sexual tension between them or pining. They cared for each other for sure but it just doesn't feel as romantic as other stories in my eyes.
**Conclusion**
A simple predictable "meet again" type of story.

sweet, but lacking.
definitley wasn't a bad bl, the quality was pretty good and had good characters, i liked hyein especially. the insomna plot was cute, but i really just couldn't get with the chemistry betweent the main two. there really wasn't that many romantic scenes, and most of them were from the flashbacks from five years ago (which isn't necessarily bad, but is the only reason you're falling in love now is beacause you had cute moments 5 years ago?) i just wish there was more of the recent cute moments instead of only flashback ones. the plot was silly and not very realistic but still cute. i wish the characters were more fleshed out because it felt like we didn't really get to see their real personalities, just the tropes. music was meh but overall it wasn't very memorable of a show. maybe if it was a bit longer and they spent more time building the current romance instead of showing the past. Was this review helpful to you?

One of The Best KBL of The Year
This is my most sincere opinion. I am just supporting A Breeze Of Love because I really liked it.There are some haters around...lol Seems like they are mad because this series got a high rating. It deserves a high rating. If you did not like the series is okay, but you dont have to disrespect others. Stop hating for no reason. Just move on!
Personally, I enjoyed the acting so much , mainly Woo Ji Han stole my heart, very believable acting, and the chemistry with Shin Jeong You is beautifully good.
I would have liked more lovey-dovey moments between them, but last episode got me satisfied.
I have watched the series like 4 times already. I loved it.💕
I added it to my personal list of favorites KBLs of 2023, along Our Dating Sim, The Eight Sense, Sing My Crush, and Love Class 2.
Hopefully, South Korea will continue producing more BL series.

DON'T MISS IT!
Thank God I didn't listen to the comments and reviews of some people. What are really nice series. No need for season 2, I think it ended perfectly. This reminded me of my high-school crush and the feelings I have kept for him. The sad part is, now that he has a kid, we talked about it and I had the guts to tell him the truth. I was a bit broken by his response that he wishes I told him back then, it could've been us right now :( Guys, regardless of being rejected or appreciated, I encourage you to say what you feel or you will regret it like I do.Was this review helpful to you?

BREATH OF FRESH AIR
I came across "A Breeze of Love" on Tiktok, and considering I've already watched 43 Korean BLs just this year, my options will either be to venture again with Thai BLs or just wait for any Korean BL releases this year or next year.To be honest, the pacing of the drama is "okay-ish" since the main focus is the main leads and their story. But considering how limited the run time is, especially for Korean BLs, they didn't manage to squeeze in any back story aside from the short flashbacks here and there.
1. The cinematography is great; there are some hiccups on some parts (and that's me nitpicking).
2. The plot is open for improvement.
3. The OST songs threw me off on some scenes; there are parts of the scene that really didn't require any emotional music, but I could accept their creative choices.
4. The run time could've easily been extended to ten episodes. This will focus more on understanding what happened after they became a couple.
This drama did not offer anything new (especially on the kinds of KBLs released this year), but you wouldn't hold it against them because, at the end of the day, a good drama will stand without any gimmicks.
Recovering from Bump Up Business, A Breeze of Love did end up meeting my expectations—a simple breath of fresh air.
Not too overcomplicated, just a good Korean BL.

Beautiful storyline
Was hooked from the begining with the plot and the 2 leads. Both maybe rookie actors but tgey delivered a beautiful series together. Just wished their past storyline was more complete as it was hanging with the plotline. Would have loved to see more romantic scenes between the two leads and longer episodes. 😍More korean bls 🙏 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

Very nostalgic
I just love this drama. I’m a sucker for cinematography. I just love whenever I watch a drama and the flashback scenes are done in a blue hue and have a hazy look to them. The shot automatically becomes nostalgic and warm. I love the main leads. Their chemistry was great and so was the acting. If you have a good story but no chemistry then it’s not good. If you have good chemistry and bad plot then the show is meh. But when you have a good plot and great chemistry then you get a 10/10.I love how there wasn’t no unnecessary drama with any other characters. There was a moment whenever I thought maybe another character was going to cause an issue however the writers of the show didn’t do that and instead introduced a possible love interest in the future for them instead.
Anyways you should watch it because it’s quick and visually appealing.

Love Like a Gentle Breeze and the Soft Warmth of the Sun
This drama left me feeling warm and safe-- the type of feelings that the character Dong Uk, chronically suffering with insomnia, required to feel safe enough to sleep peacefully. So many miscommunications or lost opportunities in romantic relationships are caused by fear of rejection or inability to recognize or accept one's own deep need for a safe and loving connection. Love doesn't need to be the type of raging and chaotic storms that are prevalent in dramas-- those that toss us to and fro and leave us shaken. Love can be as gentle as a summer breeze and, often, it is this type of gentle love that heals us, as we are left feeling safe enough to unfurl and fully open our hearts, just as the petals of a flower do in the warming rays of the sun.
A Breeze of Love represented this emotional truth very well and the actors all did a beautiful job portraying the characters. Excellent work, everyone!

Cute and cozy
You want to watch a cute romance with not an over amount of angst, trauma and whatever happens normaly to a gay couple ?Well this is perfect
Just two human beign learning to accept their love.
It's just a perfect amount of fluff with still a good story overlapping between past and present.
Both actors did a great job portraying the emotions and feelings of each of the characters, that look in their eyes was sooooo cute
I definitly recommend watching this on a rainy day, when your feeling down, it's sure to put a smile back on your face.

The Story and drama
I found the story and drama of this show to be so amazing. the acting was so wonderful, never in my life did I think I'd see the main male lead's in a BL together. Now when I first started this show I didn't find interest in it, but hey like always the last episode is always the happy episode.
This is my second BL I have watched today, and by far my fav one today.
now out of every BL I have watched so far it can never top my number 1 BL; The Eighth Sense. nothing can top that ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

A Nice Snoozefest.
There. My review's title is my 'a few word summary ' of Breeze of Love.Honestly, the actors were excellent and had chemistry/angst, but the story did not do a good job in capturing my attention. The characters did not seem to have been fully fleshed out.
The overall set up was reminiscent of Our Dating Sim, except that this one has the college as the backdrop, but unlike ODS, I did not quite buy into their relationship.
For one, the separation and the reason was cut up and stretched far more longer than necessary. Ban Dong Wook was frustrating to watch. His side of the story remained obscure until the end. I understood that he was the introvert of the story, but hey. I couldn't quite root for him.
I loved Do Hyun, though. Atleast, his reason for being pissed off was valid.
The trouble might lie in the fact that the flashbacks were just not sufficient/placed at the wrong timing for me to catch up to them.
Their relationship was nice to watch though, so give it a try if you want something light.
