Some of us have confusing attitude about woman in a drama. We don't want the female main character to be "a damsel in distress", that she should be skilled, resourceful, and smart. But, we also don't want her to be "a superwoman", and do want to see her asking for help and showing reliance to man. 

In Princess's Gambit, we got a strong independent woman, but some of us wish she changes to be a damsel/ rely more on man. Why?
