novel-wise, kinda same: was previously married in prev life, wrongfully killed, ml and fl are both cunning strategies. they also exist in the same universe! both from the warring states period:

TLFG - The State of Wei
TD - The State of Yan

but TD is a VERY slow burn romance. they didnt even had that much of an interaction until like c84 or something. but still, check it out!

Differences
SL is mostly enemies to lovers but with an amnesic plot twist whereas LOTFG is more about the FL swapping identity with her brother and regaining her military achievements.

Still I think if you liked LOTFG, you might like SL.

Both our female leads are very strong. One comes from unknown background, living with the lowest identity in the empire. One comes from noble background but forced to build themselves back up with another identity.

Princess agents follows a girl with various secrets; she doesn’t remember who she was and must survive the brutal nobles’ harrassment as a lowly maid. Her unusual martial art potential stirs the interest of a prince, leading them to depend on each other while the political powers sway in different directions.

Legend of the female general is about a great general who took the place of her brother and earned military merits. She is betrayed by her cunning family and is thrown to Yuning temple with blinded eyes. She escapes half-dead and joins the military camp in Yezhou, lead by Xiao Jue (man who’s family was framed by the female lead’s brother as someone who is incompetent).

If you enjoy cross-dressing in a political setting with a theme of female empowerment, I highly recommend Dominion and Devotion. Although it's a 12-minute drama, it looks very high budget, and the pacing of the storyline is smooth, too.
