Love of the Divine Tree Episode 1 Reactions
Su Yi Shui is my favourite character until now and I thought he was the divine tree, but actually he built the Mu Qing Ge tree to give her a chance to reborn doing good deeds. But now she is weak and her roots are destroyed. Well, Su Yi's scars are nice too, it gives us a lesson about you can hide but also accept the new you.

Su Yi Shui stole the show this time around (his visuals, power and quirky moments), although our villain, Wei Jiu, was at least looking pretty convincing. I also appreciated that the number of character introductions weren't too overwhelming for a first episode.

It's very good, no dullness at all, and Yi Shui is very handsome I'm obsessed with this drama everything is perfect story acting ost plot development

Deng wei is great in this drama , his facial expression are on point and his gestures show that he studied the character. I like that he is bolder than in his last drama.

just finished ep1, rather boring, and subpar. unpopular opinion, I don’t think DW looks good with that mask, considering his scar is like a line, he would look 1000 better without the mask lol. the FL is being everything in the negative for me here. Can’t feel DW as looking dashingly cool being cold, and main actress also gives rather nothing. For the starting of a series, it has zero positive quality to hook you in.

One of the best first episodes I've seen. It was such a good episode. Deng Wei totally nailed it. He is good in this drama, his acting looks much more in this one. The story is really good. And I love the funny part that if he wants to settle old scores and restablish the master disciple relationship by reversal, he will have to endure nature's punishment.
