Ambientada en la época de los 70' este Cdrama nos cuenta la historia de una joven que conoce su primer amor, la amistad, la diferencia social, la tristeza y finalmente la pérdida de su amado, quien hasta el último momento le deseo felicidad. Algo que me dejo pensando fue que el ML pudo en todo momento contarle sobre su enfermedad pero lo evito para no causarle dolor a la FL, también podría considerar que en cierta forma fue egoísta. Es adaptación de la novela Under The Hawthron Tree de Ai Mi, a su vez la novela se basó en hechos reales por lo que encontré.
Es un drama donde necesitaran pañuelos si o si al verla.
