The similar premise. A labor attorney seeks justice for ghosts who died at work and it was cover up etc...

I haven't seen this recommended yet, but it also has the same plotline where the ML solves the last wishes of the dead and makes a business out of it.

- focus on real-life labor disputes (social justice issues, violations and workplace safety)

- a funeral director that has lifelong ability to see and talk to the dead
- focus on personal regrets and finding emotional closure for the deceased and their families

Though set in the legal backdrop- Oh my ghost and The Midnight studio share similar trope where ghost clients are lend a listening ear, after their deaths. The main leads seek to solve/ avenge the ghost clients to move over to the other world and find peace ultimately.
