Both the Korean dramas are Comedy dramas n deal with supernatural entities / ghosts.
One or both the Main Leads can see ghosts in both the dramas.
In both, MLs help the ghosts to resolve the mystery around their death and let them leave n rest in peace.
So sort of ghosts are the clients to the MLs in both the dramas.
(One drama is about labour attorney and the other is real estate).

Case of the week format: Both series feature protagonists who solve a new problem in each episode. In "Oh My Ghost Clients," these are the legal cases of the deceased, while in "Shin's Project," they are conflicts that require mediation.
?Detective element: Despite their different genres, both protagonists (attorney Noh Mu Jin and master negotiator Mr. Shin) engage in investigations to get to the bottom of an issue and help their "clients."
?Combination of comedy and serious topics: Both dramas blend comedic elements with discussions of serious social issues. "Oh My Ghost Clients" touches on labor rights, and "Shin's Project" deals with communication and conflict resolution in modern society.
?Trio team: In both series, the main character doesn't work alone but as part of a team. Noh Mu Jin gets help from his sister-in-law and a video director, while Mr. Shin works with a young judge and a delivery person.

MOVIE: Based on the real Samsung semiconductor and LCD plant cases. Another Family (2014) mainly focuses on Joon Mi and her family, and her father's relentless fight to bring justice for her case which brought other employees' illnesses to light in a court case against the company Jinsung Electronics (Samsung) that was directly involved their deaths or terminal illnesses, and Korea Workers Compensation & Welfare Service (KCOMWEL) that fought against worker's compensation for the employees.

DRAMA: Based on several companies, one of which was Samsung. Oh My Ghost Clients (2025) focuses on the team that helps employees who have industrial hazard deaths, or illnesses, and the cases are wrapped up every 2 episodes.

Both are heartwarming. Both are based on the 'persistent underdog wins against huge conglomerates' real life cases, and include snippets of the real people's stories who are the catalyst behind both the movie and the drama.

Both shows are from totally different genres but I felt some similarities:
Both series have story to tell about the decreased
Also the main actor ( Tang Jun- sang) of MTH is also playing a crucial character in OMGC

Similarities:
- both ML can see ghosts
- comedy
- earning money cause of the ghosts
- solving cases for/with the ghosts

Both help ghosts with their unsolved cases so the first time I read the synopsis of “Oh My Ghost Clients” reminded me of “Missing”

Both shows look into corporate crime, specifically looking into the exploitation of labour.
They also have similar comedic vibes, and the ml's are pretty similar as they both get divorced because they lose their jobs and begin fighting for labour rights.

Both discuss the subject of labor accidents, a really sad reality of poor workers being mistreated and never taken care of

MGC is a bit more comedic than DD, so it’ll most probably be less dark but the subject is still sad if it revolves around ghosts of laborers

I haven't seen this recommended yet, but it also has the same plotline where the ML solves the last wishes of the dead and makes a business out of it.
