SPOILER ALERT! [7/10]

In this episode, Dajung meets her father, and she seems to not have any recollection of her childhood memories before she was sold to a restaurant owner. She doesn't remember his face and her birth name. Maybe she was too young to remember, or the abuse she received from the restaurant owner repressed her memories. My heart breaks for Dajung's father and I'm happy for him, but I also feel sorry for him because Dajung didn't know how to process everything. It's not her fault. It wasn't her choice to be sold and forget what happened in the past. However, I find it a little bit hard to believe Seran and her mother have no recollection of what Goeun looks like. Yeah, teenage Dajung can look so different from young Goeun, but don't we all have gut feelings or instincts that tell us who is who? Like if we meet our childhood classmates on the street and are able to identify them although we haven't seen them for a decade or so. But, maybe none of them cared about Goeun enough to realise Dajung is Goeun. I dislike Seran's mother. She blames Dajung and her father for every miserable thing that happens in her life. If she makes a mistake, she always makes it as if the two did it instead of her. She lacks accountability and she refuses to take responsibility for her actions. Dajung and Seran have a beautiful relationship, but it's about to go down due to a hatred that's infested by Seran's mother. So far, I don't think she likes Dajung's husband. It's more like he's the one who likes Seran, while Seran merely envies her bestfriend's relationship. From what I see, Seran isn't interested in him, but interested in living the fairy tale love story - how she sees Dajung and Sangchul's relationship.
