Both are contemporary winter-themed, romance dramas with the small difference of Love Song in Winter being a little gear toward the suspense/mystery side.

Well this drama has an identity crisis. But if you want a thriller /murder mystery/ romance then I suggest Love Me If you dare and the older When a Snail Falls in Love. Both are excellent dramas with all aspects well done. My Deepest Dream is a great fast paced Thriller Romance.

Both are love stories between a police officer and a Doctor. They both meet during an accident involving dismantling a bomb. the only difference is the couple in Love Song in Winter were once lovers

THE DIFFERENT: In "Love Song in Winter" there are repeated misunderstandings whereas in "Love on Turquoise Land" there is strong trust between the couple. The mystery elements in "Love Song in Winter" were almost solved separately by the couple whereas in "Love on Turquoise Land" the main couple struggled together to solve the mystery

It was the same actor! The Female lead is also a doctor here and both dramas seem to have a SML that's actually dark and obsessive. Overall they are similar.
