Love in the Clouds Episode 2 Reactions
Ji Bo Za won a tournament for a city that dearly needed the "blessed rain". Ming Yi's city had a luxury of reaping the rain's benefits for 7 years. No wonder JBZ cursed MY to stop her from taking it back.
Ming Yi's story started with lies. She participated in every tournament under the guise of a man. Then, instead of confronting Ji like a true and honorable warrior, she continued with more lies. A lying, conniving FL does not appeal to me.
I also think the cast is far from perfect for this drama. Hou Ming Hao looks much more delicate than Lu Yu Xiao. I bet she can pick him up and manhandle him just as easily. There is no chemistry between the characters no matter how many time HMH carries LYX around or touches her skin.
This is a far cry from Fangs of Fortune. I am very disappointed, but I am going to continue watching and hope the drama will improve at some point.
