Similar cast, same camp humour, and an ensemble cast with a secret crush as the main premise. Main characters (Almond, and Toh) very similar.

both are having Best as one of the main characters, however, CO is less appreciated than KKB!
for CO it's a co-worker's relationship while for KKB! it's about sharing a house with 3 strangers
(in my opinion, KKB!'s story is less messy tho)

Both feature amazing queerplatonic friend group dynamics, amazing lgbtq rep, and incredibly funny. Diary of Tootsies feature less romance than Knock Knock Boys but I think that their themes are very much in the same realm.

Both have a college setting (for 2 of the 4 leads in Knock Knock, Boys).
Both have fairly simple stoty lines where the friendship between the leads is as important as the romance.
Both are charming and show healthy relationships.

God (actor Big Thanakorn) and Diew (actor Park Anantadej) from Monster Next Door are actually in the 12th (finale) episode of Knock Knock Boys! during LookPeach’s book release event.

Both are light-hearted Thai series about housemates and friendship. both are BL series with the roommates trope : ROP304 only has one couple, and it's the main, KKB will have (i think) at least one couple created thanks to the "roommates" trope so this will be their similarities
ROP304 is more related to an opposite/ennemies to lovers, with also the work place as an important think
KKB's characters are all friends but working at different places

It not as similar but these cast mostly the same people and i feel like it would be a good bl to be recommended to others :)
