Tong and his best friend, Tonkla, leave the orphanage for a new life in Bangkok. At a part-time job, he meets the mysterious and dangerous Mark, a man who seems to have known him for a long time. When Tong accidentally bleeds from an injury, Mark's true identity is revealed as a vampire, and Tong's blood, known as "golden blood", is a deadly temptation for vampires. Love and danger ensue.

I was so excited to see Joss in a BL series and luckily it happened to be with Gawin and I was so happy it happen. The story itself is a new taken on vampires. I loved the concept. Loved seeing JossGawin together. Waiting for more Eps

hmmm i don't get the hype (& sorry Joss hot body doesn't delete my brain from functioning). i am very happy to see Gawin, heck wanted to watch this when it 1st started airing, cause of him. but wanted to wait & kinda happy, cause am sure if i wrote this then it was, would get a ton of hate lol... oh well what's new. ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************so Mark saves baby Tong after draining both his parents & then becomes his guardian.... why he decide to stop at the baby? cause it was a baby? cause if he drank the baby, the special blood will cease to exist?!? cause he was full & wasn't thirst anymore?!?? what?!?? btw what does this "special blood" do to/for vampire's? from what we saw,it looked like Mark went into heat lol ******************************************************************************************************************************* ****************************************************************************************************************************************the CGI scene where Mark & Tong back stepped out of the window was hilariously ridiculous. i laughed at the stupidity & then if that wasn't enough,Tong turning to the same person that growled at him bearing his fangs & almost sinking them in his neck, saying he needed to be taken to the hospital 🤦♀️ is Tong slow?!?? i get he supposed to be this naïve,teen from the village with no worldly experience. but come on u got dogs in the middle of nowhere & if one tries to bite u, u will be weary off it.... but not Tong. aish....

My review for this series, first of all since this is a new couple the first time I saw Gawin and Joss the chemistry is on top and the acting is superb. I really love Gawin and Joss, I didn't expect the two of them will became a couple, and this was the best decision of GMMTV made. I am really looking forward for this series, and the episode 1 got my heart already.

So finally I've managed to watch the first episode tonight and I've had good impressions overall. The effects are wack, but the story, acting, direction makes Ep1 pretty engaging. So far it's far better than what I expected at the beginning based on the trailer, it seems like a better kind of GMMTV production, idk 'NOT ME' came to my mind while watching it. The story is not that mysterious, mysteries unfold pretty quickly (let's see later episodes tho). The soundtrack is kinda cool, the title song is nice (however, I wish the Intro was a bit less revealing, I hate is when it spoils the main couple or important events, or if it's all about romantic stuff while there's also a great story or theme for the show. I think NOT ME's intro is a great example because you can't really see if there's a couple at all, unless you watch it very closely, pause it and start inspecting the details). The backgound music is finally not annoying :D Thanks GMMTV. So to sum it up, the first episode performed well at many fronts and I'm kinda hyped for Ep2 to see what happens next, so overall I give Ep1 a solid 8/10 :))

WOOO I AM SO EXCITED WHAT THE HELL. Okay I am actually doing this, I have been so excited for this show you dont even know. Gawin is so fucking hot i cant. Okay so people know that he has this golden blood shit. Is this my jit gawain singing? Holy fuck broddie. hes lowkey really good. GIVE UP FOR THE SIXTH FLASHBACK IN 12 MINUTES. He is underreacting with how bad this situation is. I would be running, but like you cant outrun a vampire. Like what? It summons them. Thats horrifying. No because why are you with this guy. hes telling you this lore as he is sniffing the back of your neck. I would clutch my pearls. Okay one problem i have about this, is that hes seen him grow up, and has he been prowling on him this whole time? Like because tell me its not a soul mates thing. Good setup 8/10 okay bye!

What a start. From the reaction about Tong cutting a piece of cake, the vibe was announced. I'm expecting full melodramatic, telenovelas's style. The soundtrack reminded me of Unforgotten night. Okay, hear me out. It's the ambiance it created where it was supposed to be dark, serious, dangerous but in a way that was ill-fitted with the scene in front of us. Of course, I don't mean this in a bad way. I'm really enjoying this.
From the synopsis and the trailer, I was afraid the show would be so seriously taken, with all the realism possible, more like a action drama. So, I am pleasantly surprise that they had chosen to go full camp ( ...... To be completely honest, even if action stuff aren't really my thing, with Joss presence, I'd be watching it all ....shhhh......). I don't believe anybody was surprised how Mark was introduce to us. But I didn't thought it would be that long (no pun intended), like the amount of time on Joss with so little fabric was something I didn't think I could hope for, especially this soon in the show.
As of right now, I can't really tell what I think of Joss and Gawin's chemistry. It's is good but too soon for me to be able forming a confirmed opinion. Also for the side's characters, I can't say much either. We didn't get much from that. Maybe, I think the setup of Tong's story was too long. I felt like the side's characters wasn't truly connected with the main storyline. Or maybe it's something I can't figured out yet but I do have an issue about the first part of the episode.
But it got real better real soon after. I mentioned it earlier, so I wont repeat myself, to get it tho ... wink, wink.
But I didn't mention the hotel room scene. It wasn't a surprise that Tong was going to cut his finger on a piece of that glass of bloody marry. I remembered a bloody marry to be way thicker than that tho. Any way, the actual drinking of the blood was hot. What the hell was they trying to do with bitting the hears? I was clutching on my inexistent pearls. ( Not complaining tho ).
The moment I, a hundred percent, lost it, was when to full camp showed itself. I burst out laughing the moment Mark backed into that glass window to the landing in the back sit of his car . It gave me a mix of Bollywood action's movies and Twilight. And again not complaining at all, I loved it. That, to me, is camp in the best way. All the little funny moments that shouldn't be on paper but is in action, is camp to me. Like, come on, the way that kid vampire run away was hilarious.
Even the big revelation moment was so camp with in the Twilight way, i was screaming in front of my screen " You know what he is, Tong... Say it ! Out loud !".
So good, I really had a good time. I'm hoping it would stay in that direction. I feel like I should mention the villain of the story but it's just not enough to form an opinion yet. It was a bit extreme to take away the reporter but it goes with the vibe. They're others that i will mention later, like Tonkla or the florist. But as for now, there is nothing much to say about them. I can't tell yet who would be a side character that would stick around. I would like for the guy that told Tong he could be a prosperous hooker to comeback, he was kind of funny.
In conclusion, I have a good feeling about the episodes to come. The preview for next week said something about Mark protecting Tong until he turns 21, I really curious about that. Maybe after that, Tong's blood become normal, or if a vampire drinks it before then he'll become more powerful, or he would become human. I always have lot's of theory but I am also often wrong (if you read the book, would you ming spoiling me, I don't mind at all). Anyway, I am really exited for next week's episode.

It was actually pretty good.The first ep wasnt boring,it was really entertaining and already a lot of things happened,which was a good thing.Im excited to see the next eps,even tho I‘m not really into vampire storys:)

I would like to say this series is off to a fantastic start. The chemistry between Joss and Gawin bleeds onto the screen in the best possible way. I feel as if we will be headed towards a great Vampire series as Tong's story continues to unravel. Based off of Episode 1 i highly recommend everyone give this series a fair chance. The scring is phenomenal and the special effects are on par with what i expected. I personally dont hate it. Overall this episode is a great introduction.

Quite an uneven start this was. Take the visuals: on one hand most of the CGI looks low budget and the "special effects" look funny; on the other hand there was some clever usage of light and framing in several scenes making them look good - and Joss' physique is no CGI nor AI, it's pure gold. Same with the performances: Fluke was pretty solid during the entire episode, while Joss fluctuated a lot: in some scenes or even shots and frames he was fittingly hot&sexy or cool and manly or even lusting for Tong's blood - but there was plenty of scenes, shots and frames where his performance was missing the beat, becoming unintentionally funny. It's too early to tell whether the show will find its footing (and when) or implode (one way or the other); clearly the potential for both outcomes is there.

So this episode was basically a thirst trap with a little of plot.... Even though the CGI wasn't good, it's the only bad point of the series so I recommend you to watch it right now !!!
