idk much about wandee's story bc it's still airing, but i think if you like this trope you'll like both series :)

“Helping you get someone else” trope-

One character helps the other with their love life (confessing, dating advice, etc.), which creates lots of close moments between them.

“Feelings before realization” trope-

The characters spend a lot of time together and develop emotional intimacy before clearly realizing their romantic feelings.

There're similar because we got to see rejection of doctors' feelings.
It's fantastic to see how every one reacts.

While the shows dont seem very similar on the surface, they have the same director. Theres also a couple of scenes in Wandee Goodday, where the characters are watching TV and the show theyre seeing is The Eclipse.
