Thai Sweet is the main variety show they filmed before the show aired, but He Yu leaves halfway through for personal reasons.
Otherwise, there are three livestreams the cast did while the show was airing. I've tried to post the YT link on MDL before but got blocked for some reason, but you should be able to find it.
Otherwise, I think it's just TTs and IG reels/posts to promo the show.

iQIYI made a variety show for Speed And Love titled Thai Sweet with 12 Episodes. Esther Yu and He Yu with Mike Angelo were in the first to sixth episodes but you will noticed that He Yu was not in Episode 7 because he went back home from Bangkok, Thailand because of family emergency. The other casts went to Bangkok, Thailand and filmed with Esther Yu and Mike Angelo were Patrick Finkler, Fei Qiming, and with special participation of Chinese singer Zhang Bichen who sing one of the OST of Speed and Love.
