Family and the "brothers trope". Quite similar so give it a try. Gray Shelter also has a good plot and amazing chemistry amongst the leads.

Both are Taiwanese BL dramas at least partially set in ganster environment and include a romance between two men that were kinda growing up as brothers.

Both feature a love story between two adopted brothers. Cherry blossoms after winter is a lot more fluffy though, while Unknown is more of a heavier series.

These series is related with 2nd couple being step brothers and also obsession with only brother. It's very similar age gap also counted.

In Unknown they're brothers (not blood related) & here they're Uncle-nephew (not blood related) & both are Taiwanese BL

3.its very weird but even the two main leads of both series looks similar ?

1.In innocent there is a mental disorder being discussed
2.in unknown one of the lead finds it very difficult to accept that the other lead is gay and accept his affection towards himself
3.unknown is a longer series but innocent is a short series

-Plot is similar in both. Two boys grow up together, eventually develop feelings.
-The chemistry is amazing in both.
-Time of fever is a Korean BL. Unknown is a Taiwanese BL.
-Two of my absolute favorite BLs.

grew up together like brothers. 5years between them. The younger one of the main couple confesses first. The older person can't handle it but realises soon after that he doesn't want to lose him. Unknown is mostly set in a home environment, despite them working at the same company. My stubborn is mostly set in the company they both work at.

being sibling but not being sibling ... the relationship of the main couple goes from thinking they are brother and sister and then discovering that they are not and can be in love , but the tension reminds me of the tension yuan & qian had for being in love with each other
