In 1959, an orchestra was established in Vietnam. The purpose was to connect people's hearts through music beyond war and borders. "The orchestra is a family." This aspiration was conveyed to the Japanese conductor and Vietnamese orchestra members, who were invited to the Vietnamese orchestra and entrusted with the success of the Vietnam tour, and a harmony was born that connected Vietnam and Japan.
