Bask Su Jeong did the right thing by staying right there, strong like a weed. She's enduring the humiliation for herself and Ban Ju Yeon, cause she's waiting for him to take back his position so she has to be there for future events. And While the Chairwoman is trying to kick her out but Su Jeong is standing right there refusing to move. She confronted the Chairwoman about her actions. And the ending of the episode left me confused, like he did go up at the stage and greeted the other party and the Chairwoman was outside, so this is what he meant when he told Su Jeong that he'll do something for her too.
