A GL Romance At its Best!
Starring Faye Peraya and Yoko Apasra in key roles as Khun Neeung and Aneung, Blank is an age-gap love story between two women, who find comfort and love in each other when no one around them understands their love. Whenever they feel like they have no one who understands them, they end up in each other arms where they feel complete, happy and at home. Of all the Thai GLs that I have watched I can say that “Blank” was one of the best. It has good acting, a moving plot, and hot chemistry between the actors.Since Season One, I have been appreciating Faye’s acting and I think as the series went forward, she has evolved more and more as an actress. Her expressions, the way she lets her eyes emote whenever she is with Anueng shows how much she has grasped the depth of character. The way Nueng expressed her love through radio was mesmerizing and adorable, the way she conveys her love shows that it’s alright to accept and love whoever you want without worrying about the world. Aneung’s adorableness has been a constant from Season One, and she always has hearts in her eyes for Nueng. She is beautiful, strong, mature, and clearly knows what she wants.

Complex Love with Happy Ending
Blanks hits all aspects well and deserve my time for me to write review. What i like about this drama is that you can see that the production puts a lot of efforts and all casts are into their characters. I read the novel (not good) . the screenwriter & director did great job to turn the table to make it better than the novel.
What I dislike/annoy is Anueng's character which i found childish and exaggerated when she is with Nueng. For this, i have to lower the point from 9 to 8.

NineStar Studio and their current CEO
Nani (Nitcharee) Nitinavakorn — Joke of a CEOStarted at NineStar Studios on Feb 3, 2025. Hired as CEO of an entertainment production company—a role that demands strategic, creative, ethical, and operational leadership, especially when managing talent and fan engagement across global markets.
She had none of those skills. Zero. Zilch!
Within 3 days, she had already offended the entire Chinese fandom. Then, while issuing an apology to them, she insulted the rest of the international fanbase—spanning over 87 countries.
What an entrance.
It only got worse. Her track record includes:
- when fans were asking for answers, she made the artists and the fans wait 10 days for the date.
- citing they don’t work on weekends
- then finally the 10 day came around Nani terminated NineStar’s leading artist via a TikTok live
Unethical. Unprofessional. Unqualified.
Hint to prospective employer, do not hire Nani (Nitcharee) Nitinavakorn. Avoid her like a plague.

Great GL that I’ll probably rewatch. just one small issue for me.
I loved this series. I laughed, I swooned, I cried. Being queer myself, I hate all of the Homophobia, but I recognize the reasons to include it. The main characters are iconic and I’d watch this duo in anything they have upcoming.SPOILER ALERT…I loved everything but the recasting time jump at the end. the magic of this series was the connection and chemistry between the main characters. I understand they were trying to show the longevity of their love but still. I think it would have been better to end at the ring exchange on the beach.

Quality Over Quantity
I know this is the reviews for S2 of Blank but overall this series from S1 Ep1 to S2 Ep1 and so on and so forth are an absolutely amazing show. The acting is truly next level the chemistry between the main characters is truly one of a kind. The sound effects and the score fornthe series is truly the most fantastic thing ever. And P'WAN is such a great writer especially because she understands what we need and want from a GL series. Was this review helpful to you?

Was this review helpful to you?
Couldn't finish it
The concept seemed intriguing, but turned out being cringy and uncomfortable. There are plenty of male/female couples with a huge age gap, even teacher/student relationships in the real world. But Yoko's acting was too childish and at the same time too mature for her age...especially for someone who hasn't had much interaction with people in general. It makes one wonder if she learned about relationships from B-C grade romance novels. There's little shown that could realistically lead up to any kind of interest between a pesky kid (who happens to be 20) and a mature and independent woman. Faye was excellent in her portrayal of doubt, irritation, ambivalence, curiosity, attraction, composure, etc. By episode 2 of season 2, I was done. The gratuitous sex scenes became something I fast-forwarded. Couldn't bear to watch the drama anymore. The topic is controversial, but it could have been done better. Just my 2 cents.

A voir absolument !

Borboletas no estomago
