Kyung Min, a woman living alone in a studio apartment, becomes alarmed when she finds her door lock cover left open. After changing the password, she hears someone trying to unlock the door and calls the police, but they dismiss her concerns. Days later, with more signs of intrusion and a murder nearby, she realizes she's not safe and the police are no help. Determined to find the truth, she begins investigating herself, uncovering clues like fingerprints on the keypad and a cigarette butt near her door.

-mysterious noises from upstairs neighbours that lead to investigations with consequences.
Exist within is more interesting as it has a more thriller/mystery/investigation atmosphere while Wall to Wall seems to be about the housing crisis and the difficulty of surviving in SK.

Wall to Wall is basically it but with less characterized tenants and its more allegorical than narrative driven until the second half

Happiness is more focused on being a story and is not a psychological social commentary, also happiness has no "extras" everyone is a character, but they are similar because

1. they are shot in the exact same building / set
2. they spend a lot of time on the relationship between tenants
3. Male lead
