it's a romance COMEDY series, the comedy really dominating.

- comedy (just have fun with it)
- action (it's okay, I don't expect the action scene)
- love story (they're so cute)

I think the uncut title is not really matters (compared to other and previous longfrank series, this is like a cut version)

it can be a 10 eps series but i don't know why I feel like they compressed the story into 8 eps long

it is a lot of fun!

I love Longlee so much and love everything he is in! This series was a lot of fun if you don’t take it too seriously 😁❤️ All the cast were great and the story was good and it all worked pretty well! I really enjoyed it and what’s not to like with a lot of handsome vampires😍 Overall it was a fun watch so thank you to all cast and crew👏👏👏👏👏👏❤️🇦🇺 The series was only 8 episodes but I feel it could have been a few episodes longer! There was sufficient bl content to satisfy most bl watchers like nys LF and Thailand always deliver! The two lead actors are so comfortable with each other as they have been in a lot of series together and it shows❤️ So if you want a fun watch just watch OMG Vampire❤️🇦🇺

Fantastic series, ep2-8

Cute, warm and the best ever after episode 1.

Picking this up again after dropping it after episode 1 is the best desicion I’ve made seres-wise in a long time. The first episode was so over-the-top that I chose to wait for all the episodes to be released and try again binging it. And ep 2-8 was amazing!

It is so unserious, and funny, and an easy watch. I loved it and now regret I didnt keep up watching it weekly. If you have dropped it, I would recommend you picking it back up again. Its never gonna be the best masterpiece you ever saw, but if you are in need of something to make you happy this is a good series to choose.

Not as bad as it’s made out to be

This review has a LITTLE TINY bit of spoilers. (nothing you wouldn’t know if you didn’t watch up to ep2 tho)

A lot of reviews I’ve seen have said that it’s really bad and Long and Frank are being cursed with bad scripts. But this might be their best one yet (not amazing) but not horrible like “Crazy Handsome Rich”.

I’ll start with the good parts:
1) Most series with more than one or two couples are hard to follow or get invested in side couples, “OMG vampire” doesn’t make me confused with couples or get me hating any side couples.
2) I love rom-coms. Most BL rom-coms I’ve watched are so cheesy it makes me want to vomit. I usually end up dropping rom-coms despite loving comedy’s because they usually trans the plot to give it a comedic effect. This one was funny but stayed mature when needed.
3) Frank and Long are attractive. Give me a break I know most of you reading this have watched a series just for the eye candy!! Well Franks hair has finally grown out enough that he can stop wearing that HORRIBLE wig seen in “Love Syndrome III” and the makeup artist did a fantastic job at making him look like a freaking angel.

Now for the bad parts:
1) THE PLOT HAS SO MANY HOLES!! (this is where spoilers come in so if you just skip this paragraph you won’t be spoiled.)
In ep 1 we are told that the vampire world time goes by faster than human world. It is said 100 years in vampire world = 3 years in human world. YETTT while Phum and his friends are waiting for their last friend to come to the human world time in both worlds are going by at the same time. The messed up timeline continues through the series. Another one, if Phum was originally human and for vampires to go to the human world they need to enter a parallel humans body how tf does Phum have a parallel human?? He was a human in the first place that’s literally implying that there was a human who looked exactly like him living in the same city as him around the same time. Makes no sense. The ban on love also doesn’t make much sense. Vampires can’t love because of a food shortage?? How does banning love have to do with anything? Also we see ALOT of married vampires (Phums adopted parents being one) so like was it ok when they got married?? Does the ban not apply to them?? And the insignia, like how tf does the insignia have to do with who rules vampire town??? Like I said there are a lot of holes in the story but most of these holes doesn’t really contribute to the MAIN plot so I couldn’t really take off TOO many points for them.
2) Obvious low budget. Atp I’d be spoiling too much if I go into detail here but if you watch it you’ll realize.
3)Not much explanation on anything. Like in ep1 when they steal this green thing from the blood bank. They don’t REALLY explain what it is. Same thing with the insignia but I won’t go into detail with that because it would spoil a bit of the story.

Despite all of the down sides of the story I did enjoy watching it. It was cute and funny that’s all that matters.

OMG! Vampires? More Like OMG, I’m Out

Okay, I really tried to give OMG! Vampires a chance, but… nope. I had to drop it. 😬

First off, the acting was just too cringeworthy for me. Not trying to be harsh, but it felt over-the-top in the worst way, and the comedic timing didn’t land at all. Like, if you're going to do campy vampire comedy, at least make it funny. This one just felt lame and awkward.

The concept didn’t help either. I mean, I’m totally into vampire stories, but is this one? Not for me. I expected something dark, mysterious, or at least fun in a quirky way. But instead, it felt like a parody that didn’t even commit to being a parody. Vampires are supposed to be scary or sexy… or both. Not just… meh.

And don’t get me started on the "vampire community" setting. It just looked and felt so fake, like they slapped it together last-minute. I couldn't suspend my disbelief for a second.

Long story short, I dropped it because I was bored, confused, and mildly embarrassed while watching. It’s just not my kind of vampire vibe.

That’s the comment that I saw on TT one time; and they’re right. Though in my case, two episodes; The time frame created didn’t really add up for me.

Anywho, Long Lee & Frank’s chemistry & acting has gotten a lot better - compared to LS3. They’ve gotten cute with each other too.

The storyline, yes! Cringe in every episodes but then it is hilarious & interesting to watch. You’ll definitely laugh either way. The side couples made the story even more fun. Not to forget the Aunt at the shop; she’s awesome 555

As per usual, my ‘second lead couples’ syndrome is at it again, but this time is the minor couple - CaptainXNicky. Narak.

Worst Vampire stuff ever.

As someone who is obsessed with vampires and watched and read and played all of the vampire stuff in the history of humankind, I can tell you this is the worst on my list. I don't even know where do I begin, because absolutely everything is bad. The only thing I liked and relate to is the character saying "Acting so sucks like this" in English subs. One scene and next episode preview didn't have subs at all. You might say "Learn Thai, they aren't making series for you" and yet they did write names of "Blood Tank" and "Thaiwailaight city" in English for some reason. Sleeping in the coffin for 100 years is so "Heartbeat" (bad, but visually beautiful Korean dorama), and the cocktail making scene is so clearly "KinnPorsche" - even the outfit and the hand kiss match. If this was supposed to be a parody, viewers should have been warned. Also not funny. Rating this 1 out of 10 solely for Lee Long Shi, I just like him for no reason.
